Mobile Toilet Sewage Disposal Technology
Mobile toilet sewage disposal technology mainly includes the following types, each suitable for different scenarios and possessing unique advantages:

1. Conventional Water-Flush Type
By connecting to water supply and drainage pipes, it uses manual or automatic induction flushing to discharge sewage into septic tanks or municipal sewage networks. Its core advantages lie in low construction costs and mature technology, making it suitable for areas with a stable water supply and close proximity to sewage networks, such as urban public toilets. However, it relies on water sources and networks, limiting its application in water-scarce or remote areas.
2. Vacuum Sewage Disposal System
Utilizing negative pressure principles, it rapidly sucks sewage and waste into collection containers through a vacuum pump. When the sewage reaches a preset level, the vacuum pump automatically activates for efficient sewage disposal. This technology uses less water (only 1/10 of traditional water flushing) and has strong sealing properties, effectively preventing odor leakage. It is suitable for high-end venues or scenarios with strict hygiene requirements, such as airports and high-speed rail stations.
3. Water-Storage Sewage Disposal System
It flushes waste into a storage tank and regularly cleans or replaces the tank. Its characteristics include simple structure and easy maintenance, but it requires frequent tank cleaning, making it suitable for locations with sufficient water supply and easy transportation, such as temporary construction sites or small event venues.
4. Direct Discharge Type
Sewage is directly connected to municipal sewage networks through pipes and treated collectively by urban sewage treatment systems. This method has low construction and operational costs, but it relies on network coverage and is only suitable for areas close to municipal sewage networks, such as communities or commercial streets.
5. Packaging and Waterless Packaging Types
The packaging type compresses feces into blocks stored in toilet tanks, with sewage discharged separately; the waterless packaging type seals excreta in biodegradable plastic bags for centralized incineration or landfilling. Both do not require sewage pipes and reduce odors, but they have higher equipment costs and are suitable for crowded venues with inconvenient cleaning, such as large exhibitions or emergency toilets in disaster areas.
6. Microbial Degradation Type
It utilizes microbial communities to decompose feces into water, carbon dioxide, and a small amount of residue, achieving harmless treatment. This technology is environmentally friendly without pollution and does not require external discharge, but its treatment effectiveness is affected by temperature, making it suitable for water-scarce areas with high environmental requirements, such as scenic spots or野外作业 (field operation) sites.
7. Intelligent Recirculating Water System
Equipped with multi-layer filtration and disinfection devices, it purifies wastewater to reusable standards, achieving a water-saving rate of over 90%. Its efficient water-saving and intelligent management features make it suitable for water-scarce areas or mobile toilets requiring long-term use, such as public facilities in arid regions.
8. Foam Sealing and Dry Treatment Systems
The foam sealing technology uses foam instead of water flushing to save water resources; the dry treatment system forms a closed loop through solid-liquid separation and biological decomposition in environments without water and electricity. Both are suitable for extreme environments, such as deserts or high-altitude areas, but they have higher technical complexity.
