How to Arrange Sewage Disposal for Mobile Toilets
The sewage disposal layout for mobile toilets is usually pre-reserved with interfaces during factory production. The sewage outlet is generally located at the rear of the toilet, equipped with a 110 sewage pipe and a 25 water inlet pipe. After being placed, it can be directly connected and used. The specific sewage disposal methods are as follows:

Conventional Flush Type: This is a relatively common sewage disposal method. It requires connection to the upper and lower water pipes, and sewage is discharged by manually operating the flush button or using an automatic sensing device. The sewage flows through the sewage pipes to the septic tank or municipal sewer network. This method is suitable for environments with water supply as its operation depends on a water source. Moreover, its construction cost is relatively low and it is widely used in many places with well-established upper and lower water facilities, such as some temporary event venues in cities and areas around construction sites. However, the septic tank needs to be cleaned regularly to ensure its normal operation and prevent odor emission.
Vacuum Sewage Disposal System: This system operates based on the principle of negative pressure. A vacuum pump generates negative pressure to suck sewage and waste into a collection container. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, the system automatically starts and discharges the sewage. This method is highly efficient and uses less water, saving a significant amount of water resources compared to the conventional flush type. At the same time, due to the use of negative pressure collection, it can effectively prevent leakage and odor diffusion, keeping the surrounding environment of the toilet clean and hygienic. However, the equipment cost of the vacuum sewage disposal system is relatively high, and professional maintenance personnel are required to ensure its normal operation.
Water Storage Sewage Disposal System: It discharges waste into a storage tank through water flushing. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, the flushing device automatically starts to further process or discharge the sewage. The storage tank needs to be cleaned and replaced when full. This method is suitable for places with sufficient water supply and easy cleaning, such as some large outdoor event venues where there are dedicated cleaning staff who can clean the storage tank in a timely manner.
Other Disposal Methods: Some mobile toilets use biodegradation technology. This technology can convert organic matter in sewage into harmless substances for discharge, which has the advantage of being environmentally friendly and reducing environmental pollution. However, biodegradation technology has certain requirements for the treatment environment and conditions. It requires suitable microbial flora and appropriate temperature and humidity conditions to ensure its treatment effect.
