Mobile Toilet Sewage Disposal Issues

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilets have various sewage disposal methods, including flush-type, vacuum suction-type, water storage-type, biodegradable-type, intelligent recycled water treatment technology, and dry packaging-type. The appropriate method should be selected based on the scenario and regular maintenance should be carried out.

Flush-type is the most common sewage disposal method for mobile toilets, discharging sewage into municipal sewage networks or septic tanks through pipes. Its design must comply with the 'Urban Public Toilet Design Standard CJJ14-2016' to ensure smooth and environmentally friendly sewage disposal. Regular cleaning of septic tanks is required during use to prevent blockages and odors, making it suitable for areas covered by municipal sewage networks or those with septic tank treatment facilities.

Vacuum suction-type utilizes negative pressure principles, using a vacuum pump to suck sewage and waste into a collection container. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, the vacuum pump automatically starts, quickly sucking in sewage and waste. This method is efficient, uses less water, and effectively prevents sewage leakage and odor diffusion, making it suitable for scenarios with water shortages or high hygiene requirements, such as large event venues or temporary construction sites.

Water storage-type sewage disposal systems discharge waste into a storage tank through flushing. When the sewage reaches a preset water level, the flushing device automatically starts, flushing waste into the storage tank. The storage tank needs to be cleaned and replaced when full, making it suitable for locations with sufficient water sources and easy cleaning, such as parks or scenic spots.

Biodegradable-type employs biodegradation technology, using patented composite microbial communities to degrade excrement into harmless organic matter within 48 hours, reducing the frequency of storage tank cleaning and odor issues. This method is environmentally friendly and has low maintenance costs, making it suitable for ecologically sensitive areas or long-term use of mobile toilets.

Intelligent recycled water treatment technology is equipped with triple filtration and disinfection devices, achieving a flushing water recycling rate of over 95% and saving up to 1.5 tons of water per tank per day, making it particularly suitable for water-scarce areas. It ensures water quality safety through efficient filtration and disinfection while significantly reducing water consumption.

Dry packaging-type has no flushing device. Feces are collected in recyclable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced after each use and then transported to a treatment plant. This method uses no water for flushing, conserving water resources, and is suitable for extremely water-scarce areas or locations without sewage disposal conditions, such as deserts or remote mountainous areas.

The maintenance and management of mobile toilet sewage disposal systems are crucial. The appropriate disposal method should be selected based on the actual scenario, and the operational status of the equipment should be regularly inspected to ensure normal operation and environmental protection effects.
