Mobile Toilet Sewage Disposal Equipment

Admin September 22, 2026

Mobile toilet sewage disposal equipment mainly includes gravity flush sewage tanks, sewage flocculation sedimentation tanks, ultraviolet disinfectors, etc., depending on different types and treatment methods. Different types of mobile toilets are equipped with different sewage disposal equipment.

Mobile toilets can be classified into various types based on sewage treatment methods, and each type is equipped with sewage disposal equipment with distinct characteristics. Water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets: In these mobile toilets, water-flush types usually require a water source connection, using water flow to flush excrement into sewage tanks or sewage pipes. Waterless suction types utilize vacuum suction principles to draw excrement into collection containers. The core of their sewage disposal equipment lies in the sewage collection and suction systems, ensuring effective collection and transportation of excrement to designated treatment locations.

Recirculating water-flush mobile toilets: This type of mobile toilet achieves water resource reuse through a recirculating water system. Its sewage disposal equipment includes sewage filtration devices and disinfection equipment. Sewage filtration devices remove impurities and solid particles from sewage, while disinfection equipment sterilizes the filtered water to meet recirculation standards, thereby reducing water consumption.

Dry-packing mobile toilets: These mobile toilets employ dry-packing technology, using biodegradable plastic bags to pack excrement without water flushing. Their sewage disposal equipment mainly consists of packing devices and collection containers. Packing devices automatically pack excrement into blocks, and collection containers are used to store the packed excrement for subsequent cleaning and transportation.

2026 new lightweight plastic mobile toilets: Equipped with gravity flush sewage tanks and foot pumps for use. Gravity flush sewage tanks utilize gravity to flush water through the toilet interior, directing excrement into the sewage tank. Foot pumps assist in flushing, enhancing the flushing effect. Additionally, exhaust pipes effectively remove odors, maintaining fresh air inside the toilet.

Furthermore, in some mobile toilet projects, equipment such as sewage flocculation sedimentation tanks and ultraviolet disinfectors may also be installed. Sewage flocculation sedimentation tanks use flocculants to cause suspended solids in sewage to coagulate and settle, achieving solid-liquid separation. Ultraviolet disinfectors utilize ultraviolet light to sterilize sewage, ensuring that discharged sewage meets environmental protection standards. However, whether these devices are exclusively for mobile toilet sewage disposal depends on specific project and design requirements.
