Components

A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. The fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage, while the fecal sewage treatment device can treat the sewage accordingly. The floor slab ensures stability during use; sanitary ware is the key equipment for using the toilet; walls serve to separate and protect privacy; washing equipment facilitates user cleaning; the water tank provides water for flushing; the roof shields against wind and rain; and the mobile device enables the toilet to be moved as a whole.

Classification Methods

• By structural form: Mobile toilets can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively independent and simple, while composite-structure toilets may be more complex in terms of function or spatial combination.
• By mobility method: There are lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, which mainly rely on lifting equipment or manual handling for movement. Power-driven and towed-type mobile toilets, on the other hand, are moved using power devices or vehicles, making movement more convenient and efficient.
• By sewage treatment method: Mobile toilets can be classified as water-flush and non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets. Water-flush toilets use water flow for cleaning, while non-water-flush suction-type toilets rely on suction devices to handle feces. Recirculating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle flushing water, saving water resources. Dry-packing mobile toilets package feces in a dry form for easy subsequent cleaning.
