Mobile Toilet Self-Service Scanning Equipment
Mobile toilet self-service scanning equipment mainly includes two application forms: intelligent scanning paper dispensing equipment and scanning payment with countdown equipment.

Intelligent Scanning Paper Dispensing Equipment
This type of equipment is primarily used in public restrooms to address the issues of paper waste and management difficulties associated with traditional paper boxes. It employs a mechatronic design combined with mobile payment technology to achieve quantitative paper dispensing and remote management functions. The core principle involves integrating mechanical transmission mechanisms with IoT modules. When a user scans a code to trigger a payment signal, the control board drives the motor to rotate, which, through a gear set, precisely rotates the paper roll shaft a fixed number of turns to control the amount of paper dispensed. Simultaneously, the device's 4G network module ensures real-time transmission of transaction data, facilitating remote monitoring and management by administrators. The motor used in this device has a power rating of 30W, ensuring sufficient torque at 220V while avoiding excessive energy consumption. Compared to traditional open paper boxes, intelligent scanning paper dispensing equipment offers significant technological advantages. It enables programmable control over the amount of paper dispensed, allowing administrators to set the length of paper dispensed each time based on actual needs. It also features data collection capabilities to record paper usage, providing a basis for management decisions. Additionally, it integrates contactless payment interfaces for user convenience. Furthermore, this equipment can reduce paper consumption by approximately 30%, making it highly suitable for public places with high foot traffic and high management costs, such as shopping malls, train stations, and airports.
Scanning Payment with Countdown Equipment
Some mobile restrooms in Fujian have adopted this scanning payment with countdown equipment. A reminder sign is placed outside the restroom door. After scanning the code, the user pushes the door open to enter, and the door automatically locks after 5 seconds. Next to the door is a payment QR code. After payment, a page pops up on the user's phone with options for 'Open' and 'End Order'. The user clicks 'Open' to use the restroom normally, and the phone screen displays a countdown. If the usage exceeds the time limit, the user can choose to renew the payment or end the order midway. This equipment effectively manages the use of mobile restrooms through scanning payment and countdown methods, improving resource utilization efficiency.
