Mobile Toilet Seat Installation Guide
Admin October 13, 2026
The installation of a mobile toilet seat can be carried out by following the steps below:

I. Unpacking and Inspection Upon receiving the mobile toilet seat, open the package immediately and carefully check the list of accessories. Ensure that the main toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, spray head assembly (including bracket), three-way joint, and sealing gaskets are all present. If any accessories are missing or damaged, contact the supplier immediately for replacements to avoid delays in the installation process due to missing parts.
II. Pre-treatment of the Sewage Pipe and Floor
- Sewage Pipe Inspection: Use a flashlight or endoscope to thoroughly inspect the inside of the sewage pipe, focusing on removing debris such as sand, waste paper, and plastic fragments that could clog the pipe. If there are stubborn stains inside the pipe, use a pipe cleaner or long-handled brush to clean it, ensuring smooth drainage.
- Floor Leveling: Use a level to check if the floor around the toilet installation area is level in all directions. If there is a significant slope (with an error exceeding 5mm), use cement mortar or self-leveling material to level the floor. An uneven floor can cause the toilet to wobble after installation, potentially leading to seal failure or drainage issues over time.
III. Installation of Core Components
- Flange Positioning: Place the toilet flange over the sewage pipe opening, aligning the center of the flange with the center of the drainpipe, and ensuring that the edge of the flange is tightly against the floor. The flange is a crucial component connecting the toilet to the sewage pipe, and its installation accuracy directly affects the sealing effect.
- Toilet Fixing: Gently place the toilet body onto the flange and press down evenly around the toilet to ensure full contact with the floor. Avoid shaking the toilet violently during installation to prevent the flange from shifting or the sealing gasket from being damaged.
IV. Assembly of the Water System
- Angle Valve and Three-way Installation: Install the angle valve at the water inlet and connect the water inlet hose to the three-way joint. One end of the three-way joint connects to the toilet water inlet, and the other end connects to the spray head assembly, ensuring that the sealing gaskets are properly installed at each connection.
- Spray Head Adjustment: Forcefully snap the spray head bracket into the top of the three-way joint and adjust the spray head angle to the desired position. The spray head should be installed to ensure that the water flow direction is vertically downward, preventing water from splashing outside the toilet.
V. Functional Testing and Finalization
- Water Flow Test: Slowly open the angle valve to check if the toilet's water inlet, drainage, and spray head water outlet are functioning properly. Pay special attention to observing whether there are any leaks in the sewage pipe and whether the connection between the toilet base and the floor is properly sealed. If leaks are found, immediately close the water source and recheck the flange installation or the condition of the sealing gasket.
- Sealing with Caulk: After confirming no leaks, evenly apply neutral silicone sealant around the gap between the toilet base and the floor. The caulking should be continuous and full, avoiding breaks or bubbles to enhance sealing and moisture resistance. The sealant will fully cure in 24 hours, during which time avoid moving or using the toilet.
