Mobile Toilet Seat Installation

Admin September 24, 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet seat (mobile toilet) requires selecting the appropriate process based on the specific model. Common installation steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Basic Model Installation Process

  1. Install Anti-Slip Pads
Place silicone anti-slip pads at each of the four corners of the toilet seat's bottom, ensuring a flat contact surface with the ground. Anti-slip pads enhance stability and prevent shifting or sliding during use.
  2. Assemble Upper and Lower Buckets
Align the upper and lower parts of the bucket, and press down vertically until the clips are fully engaged. Apply even pressure during pressing to avoid partial disengagement, which could lead to leaks or structural looseness.
  3. Check for Leaks
After installation, pour a small amount of clean water into the bucket and observe for any leakage. If leaks are detected, recheck the clip connections or ensure the sealing ring is properly installed.

II. Elevated Model (e.g., Model 738) Installation Process

  1. Verify Component Completeness
After unpacking, check the component list, including support legs (commonly known as 'elephant legs'), handrails, anti-slip pads, screws, etc. If any components are missing, contact after-sales service for replacements before proceeding with installation.
  2. Assemble Support Structure
    • Install anti-slip pads at the bottom of the support legs, ensuring a dry and debris-free contact surface.
    • Connect the support legs to the bucket according to the instructions, controlling the torque when using screws to avoid over-tightening, which could cause plastic parts to crack.
  3. Install Handrails (Optional)
If the model is equipped with handrails, align them with the pre-drilled holes on the bucket and secure them with screws. After installation, test the stability of the handrails to ensure no wobbling.

III. General Precautions

  1. Component Inspection
Before installation, verify that all components are complete, especially small parts like sealing rings and screws. Missing components could lead to installation failure or potential safety hazards during use.
  2. Drainage Adjustment
If a toilet offset flange or drainage direction adjustment is needed, complete this before laying floor tiles and ensure a drainage slope of ≥2% (i.e., a 2 cm drop per meter) to prevent water accumulation or blockage.
  3. Handling Structural Differences
Different models of mobile toilets may have variations in clip positions, support leg designs, etc. It is strongly recommended to refer to the product manual first. If the manual is missing, contact the brand's after-sales service for electronic guidance or video tutorials.
  4. Pre-Use Testing
After installation, perform a load-bearing test (recommended to have an adult sit lightly to check) and a leak test to ensure all functions are normal before putting the toilet into use.

Tip: If issues such as clip disengagement or screw hole misalignment occur during installation, do not force operations. Stop immediately and contact after-sales service to avoid damaging the product.
