Mobile Toilet Seat and Squat Toilet

Admin October 11, 2026

Taking the H76 basic model as an example, the installation of mobile toilet seats requires following steps; squat toilets have distinct characteristics, and some people prefer them for various reasons.

Installation of Mobile Toilet Seats

The installation process for mobile toilet seats is relatively meticulous. Taking the H76 basic model as an example, first, install silicone anti-slip pads into the four corners at the bottom. This step is to increase the stability of the toilet during use, preventing slippage and ensuring the safety of the user. Next, align the upper and lower buckets and press down on the buckles to tightly connect them, ensuring structural stability. After that, install components such as the backrest, armrests, seat ring, lid, inner bucket, and tissue box in sequence. The backrest and armrests provide comfortable support for the user, while the seat ring and lid are the parts directly contacted during daily use. The inner bucket is used to collect waste, and the tissue box facilitates easy access to toilet paper for the user. The entire installation process must be carried out step by step in order, ensuring that each component is properly installed to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilet seat.

Characteristics and Reasons for Choosing Squat Toilets

When using a squat toilet, the user assumes a squatting position. Squat toilets come in two types: unshielded and shielded, and structurally, they can be divided into those with and without a water trap. The water trap uses a horizontal 'S'-shaped pipe to create a 'water seal', which effectively prevents the backflow of sewer odors and keeps the bathroom air fresh. Some people choose squat toilets over toilets for the following reasons:

  • Health and Efficiency: Sitting on a toilet can be so comfortable that one may lose track of time, affecting bowel movement efficiency, and prolonged sitting while defecating is not good for the body. In contrast, the squatting position is more in line with the body's natural physiological structure for bowel movements, helping to complete the process more quickly.
  • Space Utilization: Toilets take up a relatively large amount of space, affecting the use and layout of other items in the bathroom. In comparison, squat toilets occupy less space, making the bathroom appear more spacious.
  • Hygiene: When using a toilet, the skin needs to be in direct contact, which may lead to cross-infection when used by multiple people or if someone has a skin disease, and hidden areas are prone to dirt and difficult to clean. Squat toilets avoid direct skin contact, reducing the risk of cross-infection and making cleaning relatively easier.
  • Price: Toilets are relatively expensive, and smart toilets are prone to problems and have high maintenance costs. Squat toilets, on the other hand, are relatively more affordable, and their later maintenance costs are also lower.
