Admin September 28, 2026
A mobile toilet sales contract typically includes key elements such as contract parties, product details, quality standards, delivery and installation, payment terms, acceptance criteria, liability for breach of contract, force majeure, contract effectiveness and validity period, and other clauses.

- Contract Parties: Clearly specify the names, legal representatives, addresses, and contact information of Party A (the seller) and Party B (the buyer) to ensure clear identification of both parties and facilitate subsequent communication and liability tracing.
- Product Details: Cover product name, model and specifications, quantity, price, etc. The price should clarify whether it includes all costs such as equipment fees, transportation fees, installation and commissioning fees, and taxes, and indicate whether it is a fixed total price to avoid subsequent cost disputes.
- Product Quality and Standards: The product should comply with current national and industry quality standards and be accompanied by a quality inspection certificate. Specific requirements for materials, specifications, and performance, such as waterproofing, fire resistance, ventilation, and deodorization performance indicators, should also be clearly defined. During the warranty period, Party A shall repair or replace the product free of charge; outside the warranty period, lifelong paid repair services should be provided.
- Delivery and Installation: Specify the delivery time, location, and transportation method, with the risks and costs during transportation borne by Party A. The installation and commissioning period and acceptance criteria should also be clearly defined, and both parties should jointly conduct acceptance upon completion of installation and commissioning.
- Payment Terms: Include the proportion and amount of advance payment, the proportion and amount of payment after acceptance, and the proportion and payment conditions of the quality guarantee deposit. After the expiration of the warranty period, if there are no quality issues with the product, Party B shall pay the quality guarantee deposit in full without interest.
- Acceptance Criteria and Methods: Acceptance shall be carried out in accordance with the product quality and standards agreed upon in the contract to ensure that the product meets the requirements.
- Liability for Breach of Contract: If either party breaches the contract, it shall assume liability for breach of contract, pay a penalty to the non-breaching party, and compensate for the losses caused to the other party.
- Force Majeure: If a party is unable to perform or partially perform the contract due to force majeure, it shall immediately notify the other party and provide relevant supporting documents within a certain number of working days, and both parties may negotiate to partially or fully exempt liability.
- Contract Effectiveness and Validity Period: The contract shall take effect from the date of signature (or seal) by both parties, and the validity period and renewal conditions may be agreed upon separately.
- Other Clauses: Such as the number of contract copies, appendix contents (e.g., product model, specifications and configurations, maintenance plan, after-sales service contents, contract payment details, etc.).
