Mobile Toilet Safety Inspection

Admin October 09, 2026

Mobile toilet safety inspection primarily focuses on identifying potential safety hazards during use and their impact on users and the surrounding environment, covering various aspects such as electrical safety, structural safety, internal equipment, water supply and drainage systems, environmental protection systems, and hygiene conditions. The specific inspection contents are as follows:

Electrical Safety Inspection: Use voltmeters, ammeters, and other instruments to test the working voltage and current of electrical equipment such as lighting, ventilation, and heating devices to ensure they are within safe ranges; check the grounding resistance of the electrical system to ensure good grounding and prevent electric leakage; simulate short-circuit and electric leakage conditions to check the rapid response of the leakage protector and ensure timely power cutoff in case of electrical faults.

Structural Safety Inspection:

  • Structural Stability Inspection: Use portable infrared rangefinders, tape measures, and other tools to check whether the overall structure is stable, with no issues such as tilting, cracking, or deformation; conduct push tests and other assessments to evaluate resistance to overturning, wind, and earthquakes.
  • Structural Damage Inspection: Check whether load-bearing components (such as steel beams and columns) are aging or deformed, and whether node connections are abnormal (such as weld cracks or loose bolts); perform non-destructive testing (such as ultrasonic or magnetic particle testing) on steel structure welds.
  • Structural Safety Calculation and Analysis: Based on the 'Building Structural Load Code' and on-site investigations, combined with inspection data and original design documents, use PKPM software to perform load-bearing capacity calculations and analysis.
  • Steel Material Performance Inspection: Perform non-destructive testing on steel structure welds and test the tensile strength, yield strength, and impact toughness of steel materials (decide whether to test based on owner requirements).

Internal Equipment Inspection: Visually inspect the appearance of equipment such as toilets, urinals, and sinks for damage or cracks; test the drainage function through actual operation to ensure smooth flow.

Water Supply and Drainage System Inspection: Use a water pressure gauge to test whether the water supply pipeline pressure is within the normal range; test the drainage pipeline's smoothness through actual water discharge and check for blockages.

Environmental Protection System Inspection: Test the water-saving effect of water-saving devices through actual water consumption; use an odor detector to test the working effect of deodorization devices and check for any odors.

Hygiene Condition Inspection: Visually inspect the floor, walls, and equipment surfaces for obvious stains or garbage; use bacterial culture dishes for sampling and perform bacterial culture and analysis to detect hygiene conditions.
