Mobile Toilet Safety Hazard Investigation

Admin October 22, 2026

The investigation of safety hazards in mobile toilets should be carried out from multiple aspects, including equipment and facilities, placement location, cleaning and maintenance, usage safety, contract management, and post-rental work.

Equipment and Facilities Inspection: The appearance should be intact without any damage or deformation; the door locks should function properly to ensure user privacy; the flushing system should operate normally to maintain toilet cleanliness; the ventilation equipment should be in good condition to ensure air circulation and reduce odors, requiring checks on the sealing of exhaust fans, ventilation windows, treatment tanks, and sewage tanks, as well as the connections between sanitary ware and pipes; the lighting equipment should function properly to provide sufficient light for users.

Placement Location Selection: Choose a flat location with good drainage to avoid water accumulation or tilting; consider user convenience by placing the toilets in densely populated and easily accessible areas; ensure the surrounding environment is clean to avoid environmental pollution.

Cleaning and Maintenance Work: Regularly clean the garbage and stains inside the toilets, and disinfect the toilet bowls and sinks; regularly inspect the operation of the equipment and promptly replace damaged parts; regularly clean and inspect the water storage tanks and sewage tanks to prevent water leakage or sewage overflow. For clogged sanitary ware, use unclogging tools to clean and post daily reminders to prohibit the disposal of foreign objects; for system leakage issues, identify the leakage points and replace seals or damaged tanks.

Usage Safety Assurance: Set up safety warning signs to remind users to pay attention to safety; inspect the stability of the toilets to ensure no dangerous situations such as tipping occur during use; in special settings such as construction sites, take appropriate safety measures according to the actual situation, such as adding guardrails; conduct detailed safety inspections of key points such as sewage wells and septic tanks around the toilets, carefully checking for cracks, looseness, or missing covers on well lids, and opening the lids to verify the integrity and load-bearing capacity of the anti-fall nets.

Contract Management: Clearly define the rights and obligations of both parties in the rental contract, including rental duration, fees, maintenance responsibilities, etc.; provide detailed usage instructions and precautions to the lessee to ensure proper use of the mobile toilets; maintain communication with the lessee during the rental period to promptly understand the usage situation and address any issues that arise.

Post-Rental Work: After the rental period ends, conduct a comprehensive inspection and cleaning of the toilets, check whether the equipment and facilities are intact, and promptly repair or replace any damaged parts; clean the garbage and stains inside the toilets and disinfect them to prepare for the next rental.
