Mobile Toilet Restroom

Admin October 02, 2026

A mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It has the advantages of mobility, modularity, and convenient transportation, making it suitable for various places.

Composition of Mobile Toilets

Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or fecal sewage treatment devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, mobile devices, and other parts. These components work together to provide users with complete toilet functions. For example, the fecal sewage storage tank is used to collect and store fecal sewage, while the sanitary ware meets people's daily excretion needs.

Classification of Mobile Toilets

  • By structural form: They can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. Single-structure toilets are relatively independent and simple, while composite-structure toilets may have more complex layouts and functions.
  • By moving method: There are lifting and handling mobile toilets, which mainly rely on external lifting equipment or manual handling for movement; and powered and towed mobile toilets, which have their own power systems or can be moved by vehicle towing, offering greater flexibility and convenience in movement.
  • By sewage treatment method: They are classified into water-flush and waterless-suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Water-flush toilets use water flow for cleaning; waterless-suction toilets use suction devices to handle feces; circulating water-flush toilets can recycle flushing water to save water resources; and dry-packing toilets package feces in a dry form.

Suitable Places for Mobile Toilets

They are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. In these places, mobile toilets can be flexibly arranged according to actual needs to meet the toilet demands of a large number of people. Moreover, due to their mobility, they can be promptly removed when not needed, without occupying too much space.
