Mobile Toilet Restroom Technology
Admin October 13, 2026
The technology for mobile toilet restrooms varies based on production methods and requirements, mainly falling into two categories: those made using water storage barrels or tanks and industrial production. The specific technologies are as follows:

Production Using Water Storage Barrels or Tanks
- Basic Structure Fabrication: Use an angle grinder to split or cut the water storage barrel or tank into the desired shape, creating two halves or an open-top container to serve as the foundational framework for subsequent construction.
- Mobile Device Installation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board or pallet to enable mobility, allowing the toilet to be used in different locations.
- Height and Wall Construction: Increase the height of the barrel or tank using wooden strips and self-tapping screws, embedding plastic soft boards to form elevated walls. Alternatively, stack two open-top water storage tanks and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws to accommodate users of different heights.
- Doorway and Door Frame Fabrication: Cut a doorway on the side of the water storage barrel or tank, install a sponge strip or door frame structure, and embed plastic soft boards or wooden boards to form a door, ensuring privacy in the toilet.
- Roof Construction: Place the upper half of the water storage barrel or another wooden board on top of the wooden strips to form a roof. Alternatively, achieve this by stacking the tops of water storage tanks to provide shelter from wind and rain.
- Internal Device Installation:
- Drainage System: Drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel or tank, install a drain pipe and elbow, connect it to the toilet, and secure it to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
- Sanitary Ware Installation: Install a toilet, water tank, showerhead, faucet, and sink, connecting the water inlet pipe and hoses to meet basic hygiene needs.
- Aesthetic Treatment: Apply waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance indoor aesthetics and extend their service life.
Industrial Mobile Toilet Technology
- Material Selection: Utilize lightweight and durable materials such as fiberglass-reinforced plastic and polyethylene instead of traditional wood to reduce the overall weight of the toilet and improve durability.
- Structural Forms: Divided into single-unit or composite structures, with mobility options including lifting, manual搬运 (manual handling), or powered towing types, selectable based on actual usage scenarios and requirements.
- Sewage Treatment: Categorized into water flush, waterless suction, recirculating water flush, or dry packing types to adapt to different scenarios. For example, water flush types can be used in areas with abundant water resources, while dry packing types are suitable for water-scarce regions.
- Design Principles: Adhere to the principles of mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, and environmental friendliness. The overall structure is lightweight yet sturdy, with controlled height and width for easy transportation.
