Mobile Toilet and Restroom Processing

Admin October 22, 2026

There are mainly two processing methods for mobile toilets and restrooms:

The first method involves using water storage tanks and pallets: First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom to ensure easy mobility. Then, place the water storage tanks recycled from garbage stations onto the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked lines on the top of the tanks, removing the tops to create open-top tanks. Next, invert another open-top tank and stack it on top of the first one, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a stable structure. Cut a rectangular opening on one side of the tanks as a doorway for easy access. Drill a hole in the floor inside the tanks, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe, sealing it properly to ensure smooth and leak-free water flow. Install a toilet and secure it to ensure stability during use. Fix water pipes at the wall fasteners and install a faucet to provide water for handwashing. Drill a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a stainless steel basin as a handwashing sink, which is both practical and aesthetically pleasing. Connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank, the shower hose, install the shower bracket and toilet seat, as well as a spray-type showerhead made from water pipes to meet diverse usage needs. Finally, make a door using wooden boards and hinges, and install a door handle to complete the construction of the entire mobile toilet and restroom.

The second method is the galvanized square tube Apple-style mobile toilet: Its frame uses 305010mm galvanized square tubes, which have high strength and corrosion resistance, ensuring the stability and durability of the toilet. The exterior wall panels are made of 1.5mm galvanized steel sheets, which are both aesthetically pleasing and practical. A 30cm eave is specially designed on the top of the toilet to effectively prevent rainwater from entering the interior and protect the internal facilities from damage. Mobile toilets and restrooms processed in this way are not only structurally stable but also have a neat appearance, making them suitable for various outdoor environments.
