Mobile Toilet Restroom Design

Admin October 10, 2026

The design of mobile toilet restrooms requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors, including design principles, materials, structure, functionality, and production considerations.

Design Principles: Adopt a modular design where the main body is assembled from prefabricated steel or composite panel modules. During transportation, it can be disassembled into several major components for quick on-site assembly, facilitating easy transportation and installation. Functional adaptations are made based on usage scenarios, such as adding deodorization devices and母婴厕位 (mother-and-child toilet compartments) for scenic areas, and emphasizing collision resistance and oil resistance for construction sites. Environmental protection and energy efficiency are prioritized, with most units equipped with flush-free toilets, rainwater collection systems, or solar power to reduce reliance on municipal networks.

Material Selection: Durable, waterproof, and easy-to-clean materials such as stainless steel or plastic are chosen to ensure long-term use and easy maintenance of the toilets.

Structural Design: The internal space is reasonably laid out to ensure complete functionality of the facilities. The overall frame uses integrated welding technology with double-layer anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment to extend service life. The exterior and interior walls are respectively tiled with high-grade dedicated exterior wall tiles and interior wall tiles for easy cleaning. The roof is constructed with steel structure, featuring a stylish flat-top design, with double-layer anti-corrosion and rust-proof treatment for the steel and high-grade waterproof membrane laid. The floor is paved with black natural marble and features anti-slip grooves to ensure safety.

Functional Requirements: In terms of water conservation and sewage discharge, the average water consumption per person is ≤30ml, and sewage discharge is reduced by 66%. For safety and energy efficiency, the equipment operates at AC220V 50Hz and can also be powered by DC12V, with a basic operating power of ≤10W per toilet compartment. Smart control is achieved through microcomputer infrared sensing to optimize the working mode of the foaming device and control lighting, ventilation fans, and other facilities. Stereoscopic deodorization is applied using a stereoscopic deodorization system to ensure air quality. The equipment is widely applicable, stable, easy to operate and maintain, and has low operating costs. Standard configurations are complete, including water-saving flush dedicated squat toilets and infrared sensing water-saving flush control systems.

Production Considerations: Anti-slip designs should be adopted for the floor, sink, and toilet seat. Ensure adequate air circulation to reduce odors and bacterial growth. Design for easy repair and replacement of components. Provide clear usage instructions.
