Mobile Toilet Rental and Installation

Admin October 05, 2026

The rental and installation of mobile toilets should follow the following processes and key points:

I. Basic Installation Process
Renting mobile toilets usually involves four steps:

  1. Demand Communication: Clarify the required number of toilets, usage duration, and site conditions via phone call, and the service provider will provide a quotation accordingly.
  2. Order Confirmation: After both parties reach an agreement, the service provider will complete equipment allocation and transport it to the site within 1-3 days.
  3. On-site Installation: Professional personnel will install it for free, with an installation time of approximately 1-2 hours. It is necessary to ensure that the site meets basic requirements.
  4. Acceptance and Use: After installation, check the equipment functions (such as flushing, lighting, ventilation, etc.), and put it into use after confirming that there are no errors.

II. Site and Equipment Requirements

  1. Site Conditions: Provide a flat hard ground of 5-10 square meters, and prioritize locations close to water and electricity interfaces for easy connection. If the site is soft soil or a slope, foundation reinforcement (such as laying concrete or steel plates) should be carried out in advance.
  2. Equipment Adaptability: Select equipment types according to usage scenarios. For example, for large-scale events like marathons (with a scale of tens of thousands of people), it is recommended to choose connected toilets with 10-20 stalls to reduce queuing time; for winter construction, equipment with heating functions should be preferred, or it should be confirmed that the equipment has designs such as insulation layers and anti-freezing drainage systems.

III. Special Points for Winter Installation

  1. Equipment Inspection and Selection: Before installation, confirm that the main body of the equipment is not damaged, the drainage pipes are not blocked, and the valve switches are flexible. If the equipment has no heating function, additional insulation cotton or electric tracing tape should be installed.
  2. Foundation Anti-freezing Treatment: The foundation should be 15-20 centimeters higher than the ground to avoid equipment damage caused by snow accumulation and waterlogging; seal the pipe connections with sealing tape and wrap the exposed pipes with insulation cotton.
  3. Drainage System Maintenance: Install anti-freezing valves, drain the water in the pipes in a timely manner after use or add anti-freezing liquid; regularly check whether the drainage ports are blocked by ice.
  4. Power Supply and Heating System: Ensure that the external power supply is stable and equipped with a leakage protection device; if the equipment has its own heating function, test its automatic start function according to the instructions to avoid failure at low temperatures.

IV. Optimization of Solutions for Different Scenarios

  1. Short-term Events (such as exhibitions and music festivals): Configure according to 0.2-0.3 stalls per person, and choose independent toilets for flexible layout.
  2. Long-term Construction Sites: Adopt brick-built or container-type toilets to increase durability; equip with septic tanks and clean them regularly.
  3. High-altitude or Extremely Cold Regions: Select equipment with a wind resistance level of ≥8, and the heating system should support operation at temperatures below -30℃.
