Mobile Toilet Rental Flowchart
The mobile toilet rental process mainly consists of eight steps: demand communication, proposal quotation, order confirmation, preparation and delivery, on-site installation, rental service, expiration recovery, and settlement closure.

Demand Communication: Customers need to clearly communicate the usage scenario, such as whether it is for a construction site or an event venue, along with the rental duration, the number of mobile toilets required, and any special functional needs, such as whether a sink is needed. Additionally, specific location information of the site must be provided. This step is the foundation of the entire rental process, as accurate demand information helps in providing a suitable proposal later.
Proposal Quotation: Based on the customer's demands, the rental company recommends appropriate toilet types, such as standard or luxury models. Subsequently, it calculates various costs, including rental fees, transportation costs, and installation fees, and provides the customer with a written quotation to clearly outline the cost structure.
Order Confirmation: After the customer approves the rental proposal and quotation, both parties sign a rental contract. The contract specifies the rights and responsibilities of both parties, such as the rental company being responsible for the maintenance of the mobile toilets and the customer being liable for damages. Meanwhile, the customer is required to pay a certain percentage of the deposit as stipulated in the contract.
Preparation and Delivery: The rental company prepares clean and fully functional mobile toilets according to the agreed-upon time in the contract and arranges suitable transportation vehicles to deliver them to the customer's designated site.
On-site Installation: Upon arrival at the site, the staff will arrange the toilets, ensuring a reasonable layout based on the actual site conditions and customer requirements. If necessary, they will secure the toilets and conduct basic functional tests to ensure normal usage.
Rental Service: During the rental period, the rental company provides regular cleaning services as per the contract to maintain the hygiene of the toilets. It also promptly replenishes consumables, such as toilet paper and hand soap, and repairs any malfunctions in a timely manner to ensure the customer's uninterrupted use of the mobile toilets.
Expiration Recovery: After the rental period ends, the staff will remove the securing devices of the mobile toilets and transport them back for subsequent cleaning and maintenance.
Settlement Closure: The rental company verifies all costs incurred during the rental period, checking for any additional service fees or damage compensation fees. After confirming everything is correct, it refunds the deposit paid by the customer, completing the entire rental transaction.
