Mobile Toilet Rental Contract

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile toilet rental contract typically includes the following key elements, which should be adjusted according to actual needs:

I. Contract Parties and Basic Information The names, addresses, and contact information of the purchaser (Party A) and the lessee (Party B) must be clearly specified. For example, in the contract between the Environmental Sanitation Bureau of Xiuying District, Haikou City, and Hainan Huanxu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Party A's address is 'No. 50 Xiuhua Road, Xiuying District, Haikou City'. Additionally, the project name (such as 'Environmental Protection Mobile Toilet Rental Service Project') and number (such as hnth2024-019) should be indicated to ensure the contract's uniqueness.

II. Rental Subject and Specifications

  1. Quantity and Model: The specific quantity, dimensions (e.g., length 1000mm, width 1000mm, height 2300mm), and materials (e.g., aluminum alloy, color-coated steel plate) of the mobile toilets must be listed.
  2. Supporting Facilities: These include squat toilets (national standard ceramic or stainless steel), handwashing basins, faucets, ventilation systems, and sewage treatment equipment, with clear brand or technical standards specified. For instance, the project in Zhaojue County requires materials to be slip-resistant and waterproof, with disposal following environmental standards in case of damage.

III. Rental Period and Fees

  1. Service Period: Short-term rentals are calculated in segments by days (e.g., 4 units for 30 days starting July 22 in the Zhaojue County project), while long-term rentals can have tiered pricing (e.g., Haikou City project: RMB 620 per unit per day for less than 15 days, RMB 580 per unit per day for 16 days or more).
  2. Payment Method: A deposit (negotiable percentage) is paid before rental, with rent settled monthly or quarterly. Late payments incur penalties (e.g., the general contract stipulates a 5% deposit deduction for overdue payments beyond 5 days and contract termination for non-payment beyond 15 days).

IV. Service Location and Transportation

  1. Location: Specified by Party A, with the exact location or range clearly indicated (e.g., 'designated by the purchaser').
  2. Transportation Responsibility: Party B is responsible for self-pickup and transportation or may entrust Party A to handle it (with transportation costs borne by Party B). The Zhaojue County project explicitly includes transportation costs in the bid control price.

V. Maintenance and Damage Liability

  1. Daily Maintenance: During the rental period, Party B is responsible for custody, while Party A handles repairs (e.g., the Haikou City project requires repairs within 24 hours of notification of a fault).
  2. Damage Compensation: Loss or damage caused by Party B requires compensation according to a list (e.g., the general contract lists RMB 200 for a door frame and RMB 150 for a踏板 (footplate)).

VI. Contract Amendment and Termination

  1. Amendment Conditions: Requires written mutual agreement between both parties, with one month's notice (as per general contract terms).
  2. Force Majeure: If the contract cannot be fulfilled due to natural disasters, both parties may terminate it without liability for breach.

VII. Dispute Resolution The laws of the People's Republic of China apply. In case of unresolved disputes through negotiation, a lawsuit may be filed in the court at Party A's location (as specified in both the Haikou City project and general contracts).

VIII. Other Terms The contract is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy, and takes effect upon signature or seal. Supplementary agreements may be signed for unaddressed matters.
