Mobile Toilet Rental Contract

Admin September 20, 2026

A mobile toilet rental contract typically includes key elements such as the contracting parties, the leased items, the rental period and fees, the rights and obligations of both parties, liability for breach of contract, dispute resolution, and other clauses. Details are as follows:

I. Contracting Parties and Basic Information
The contract must specify the names, addresses, and contact information of the purchaser (Party A) and the lessee (Party B). For example, in the contract between the Environmental Sanitation Bureau of Xiuying District, Haikou City, and Hainan Huanxu Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., Party A's address is 50 Xiuhua Road, Haikou City, and Party B's address is Room 1401, Unit 2, Building A, Yulong Royal Apartment, 129 Longkun South Road, Haikou City. Additionally, the project name (e.g., "Environmental Protection Mobile Public Toilet Rental Service Project") and number (e.g., hnth2024-019) should be indicated to ensure the contract's uniqueness.

II. Leased Items and Specifications
The number, model, and technical parameters of the mobile toilets must be detailed. For instance, the project in Zhaojue County requires toilets with dimensions of 1000mm in length, 1000mm in width, and 2300mm in height, with a capacity of 50 liters, made of aluminum alloy or color-coated steel plate, equipped with stainless steel squat toilets, PPR water pipes, and non-slip floors. Supporting facilities should include waste collection systems, flushing water supply systems, ventilation equipment, etc., such as water storage equipment, sewage treatment systems, and sanitary facilities (sinks, mirrors, etc.).

III. Rental Period and Fees
The rental period should specify the start and end dates or be calculated based on the actual number of days used. For example, the contract performance period for the Haikou project is detailed in the annex, while the Zhaojue County project involves segmented rentals on different dates (e.g., renting 4 units for 30 days starting July 22). Rental rates are usually agreed upon based on unit prices or total amounts: the Haikou project adopts a tiered pricing system based on rental days (620 yuan/unit/day for less than 15 days, 580 yuan/unit/day for more than 16 days); the total winning bid for the Zhaojue County project is 426,000 yuan, including labor cleaning fees and transportation costs. Payment methods generally require Party B to pay a deposit in advance, with the remaining rent paid periodically (e.g., monthly).

IV. Rights and Obligations of Both Parties
Party A's obligations include providing mobile toilets and supporting facilities that meet the agreed standards and being responsible for repairing equipment failures during the rental period. Party B's obligations include using and safeguarding the leased items reasonably, not altering their structure or function without authorization, bearing liability for loss or damage caused by improper safeguarding, and preparing infrastructure such as water and sewer lines and power supplies in advance (as required by the Zhaojue County project for Party B to prepare).

V. Liability for Breach of Contract and Dispute Resolution
Breach scenarios include Party B's failure to pay rent or deposit on time (requiring payment of late fees, e.g., 5% of the amount due per day) and failure to return the leased items upon the expiration of the rental period (requiring payment of penalties and return of the items). Dispute resolution is usually agreed to be initiated through litigation in the people's court at Party A's location.

VI. Other Clauses
The contract takes effect upon the signatures or seals of both parties and is made in duplicate, with each party holding one copy. Matters not covered herein may be addressed through supplementary agreements, which shall have equal legal effect as the main contract.
