1. Prepare materials: Plastic pallet, universal wheels, water storage tank (can be recycled from a garbage station), angle grinder, self-tapping screws, hole-opening tools, elbows, water pipes, glue, toilet, faucet, pipe cap, stainless steel basin, wooden board, hinges, door handle, etc.
2. Production steps
   • Install universal wheels: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet for easy movement.
   • Process the water storage tank: Place the water storage tank on the pallet. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top, remove the top surface to form an open tank. Invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank. Fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
   • Cut the doorway: Cut a rectangular opening with a height of 180 cm and a width of 50 cm on the outer frame of the water storage tank. At the same time, cut the tank body according to the corresponding size to form the doorway.
   • Install the drainage system: Make a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank. Insert an elbow from the bottom up, cut in a section of the water pipe, seal the gap with glue, and cut off the excess water pipe. Place the toilet in alignment with the drainage port and fix it with glue.
   • Install the faucet and washbasin: Fix the water pipe on the wall buckle, install the faucet, fix the pipe cap with screws below the faucet, connect a water pipe to the pipe cap, make a hole, apply glass glue, and fix the washbasin made of a stainless steel basin.
   • Connect other components: Connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet tank, connect the shower hose, install the shower bracket and toilet seat, and install the shower head made of a water pipe.
   • Install the door: Bring the wooden board, fix the hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden board to form the door of the toilet, and then install the door handle.

Making a Mobile Toilet with a Plastic Bucket

1. Prepare materials: Plastic bucket, wheel device, wooden strips, composite wooden boards, iron sheets, anti-corrosion paint, wooden floors, large garbage cans, PVC pipes, strong glue, tees, epoxy resin glue, etc.
2. Production steps
   • Install wheels: Cut the bucket body at one-third of its height and install the wheel device at the bottom.
   • Make the main door: Nail wooden strips into the bucket body to increase the height. Make two slits as the main door. Fix composite wooden boards on the edges of the iron sheet to reinforce the main door. Put in the iron sheet, cover the top with a cut plastic bucket, and overlap the connection parts of the iron sheet multiple times.
   • Make the toilet door: Apply anti-corrosion paint on the wooden strips, make the main door with wooden floors, install the hinges, and test the opening and closing of the door.
   • Install the drainage and water storage devices: Drill holes to install drainage holes. Refit the large garbage can, drill holes in the bucket body and bottom, and install water pipe connectors to serve as the water storage tank.
   • Make the shower head: Make a shower head with a PVC pipe and drill holes evenly with an electric drill to control the water flow.
   • Connect water pipes: Connect the water pipes with strong glue, connect a tee on the main water pipe, divert part of the water to supply the washbasin, and also connect a tee inside, with one end for bathing.
