Mobile Toilet Renovation

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile toilet renovation should be carried out from multiple aspects including appearance and structure, water supply and drainage, sanitary facilities, ventilation, electrical circuits, deodorization, waste treatment, cleaning and disinfection, consumable replenishment, and external environment.

  1. Appearance and Structure: Regularly inspect the toilet's appearance, checking for damage, deformation, or cracks in the frame and walls to ensure structural stability. For small cracks in the box, use specialized plastic welding materials for repair. In severe cases, replace the entire box or relevant components. Also, check if the door locks and handles are functioning properly, regularly lubricate the hinges and lock cores, and replace the locks if damaged.

  2. Water Supply and Drainage System: Check if the water tank level is normal and if there are any leaks, promptly replacing damaged parts. Regularly clean the drainage pipes to prevent blockages that could cause sewage overflow. Inspect the storage tank and pipes for cracks or loose connections. Minor leaks can be repaired with waterproof sealing tape or specialized glue, while severe cases require tank replacement.

  3. Sanitary Facilities: Ensure the toilet is clean, the flushing function is normal, and there are no blockages. Check if the manual or foot-operated flush valves are malfunctioning, clean the scale, and replace aging sealing rings or springs. For automatic induction flushing devices, check the power supply and infrared induction window. After troubleshooting, professional personnel may be required to handle issues with the control board or solenoid valve. Also, check if the faucet in the sink has a stable water flow and if the sink body is damaged or leaking.

  4. Ventilation and Electrical Circuits: Check if the exhaust fan is operating normally and if the vents are unobstructed to ensure air circulation. Regularly inspect the top vents for leaves, dust, or insect nests. Also, check if the lights and sockets are working properly to avoid the risk of electric shock.

  5. Deodorization and Waste Treatment: Regularly clean the filters of the deodorization device to ensure good deodorization performance. For packaged toilets, check if the packaging is intact and promptly dispose of the waste bins. For non-direct-discharge mobile toilets, regularly remove and treat the waste in the septic tank in compliance with environmental regulations.

  6. Cleaning, Disinfection, and Consumable Replenishment: Use professional cleaning agents and tools to deeply scrub the interior of the toilet cubicle, removing stains and scale. Use disinfectants that meet hygiene standards for spraying or wiping, focusing on high-frequency contact areas. Also, ensure an adequate supply of consumables such as toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels, and replenish them in a timely manner.

  7. Appearance and Environmental Maintenance: Clean the external box and signage of the mobile toilet to maintain overall cleanliness. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the surrounding environment of the toilet and clean it if necessary.
