Mobile Toilet Rainproof Cloth

Admin October 08, 2026

Common materials for mobile toilet rainproof cloth include PVC, PE, and Oxford cloth, with significant differences in performance among different materials and prices varying by type and specification.

PVC material uses high-strength polyester canvas as the base fabric, coated with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) on the surface. Its core advantage lies in its extremely strong waterproof performance, capable of withstanding heavy rainfall, and excellent abrasion resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use. However, its drawback is its relatively hard texture, which tends to produce creases after folding and has a relatively high price. Typical application scenarios include mobile toilets requiring high-strength protection, such as temporary toilets on construction sites or long-term camping sites.

PE material is primarily composed of polyethylene (PE), featuring lightweight and easy folding, facilitating transportation and storage. It has good aging resistance and low cost, but its abrasion resistance is relatively weak, making it susceptible to being scratched by sharp objects, and it may soften and deform under high-temperature conditions. Therefore, PE rainproof cloth is more suitable for short-term use or scenarios with mild environmental conditions, such as temporary event toilets or emergency relief scenarios.

Oxford cloth adopts a warp and weft weaving structure, coated with a waterproof coating (such as PU or PVC) on the surface. Its advantages include quick drainage without water accumulation, good breathability, and high tear resistance (up to over 450 Newtons), making it suitable for scenarios requiring both protection and breathability. Additionally, Oxford cloth is soft in texture and has a small folded volume, making it easy to carry. Common applications include car protection and outdoor camping toilets.

In terms of price, there are significant differences among mobile toilet rainproof cloths of different types and specifications. For example, an open-air temporary toilet tent (Oxford cloth material) costs approximately 3000.00 yuan per unit, suitable for large-scale events or long-term use; an outdoor mobile toilet portable toilet tent (frame-type Oxford cloth) costs approximately 950.00 yuan per piece, suitable for short-term or individual use; and a civil affairs relief toilet tent (Oxford cloth with galvanized steel pipe structure) costs approximately 2800.00 yuan per set, emphasizing structural stability and durability.

When choosing, it is necessary to comprehensively consider the usage scenario, budget, and performance requirements: PVC material is recommended for long-term or high-intensity use; PE material is suitable for short-term or lightweight needs; and Oxford cloth is better for scenarios requiring both protection and breathability.
