Mobile Toilet Quality Standards
The quality of mobile toilets should be comprehensively evaluated from four dimensions: structure and materials, sewage discharge systems, supporting facilities and functions, and relevant certifications and implementation standards. The specific standards are as follows:

I. Structure and Material Standards
The frame structure should be made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures to ensure high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance. For example, some products can reach a height of 2.7 meters and support customization. Wall materials should distinguish between interior and exterior walls: exterior walls commonly use metal carved panels or color-steel composite panels, while interior walls often use easy-to-clean and moisture-resistant materials such as stone-plastic panels and aluminum-plastic panels. Additionally, the interior should be filled with flame-retardant insulation materials like rock wool to meet fire safety requirements. The floor should be waterproof and slip-resistant, with common materials including slip-resistant patterned aluminum plates or reinforced composite flooring to prevent water accumulation or slipping risks.
II. Sewage Discharge System Standards
Depending on the usage scenario, sewage discharge systems are divided into three categories:
- Water-flushing direct-discharge type: Requires connection to municipal sewage pipes and demands a stable and water-saving flushing system. For example, foot-pedal-induced water-flushing toilets can reduce water waste.
- Waterless packaging/microbial degradation type: Suitable for areas without sewage pipe networks, it must meet standards for good sealing, no odor leakage, and high degradation efficiency. For example, smart mobile toilets decompose feces through microorganisms to achieve pollution-free discharge.
- Recirculating water-flushing type: Purifies flushing water through biological treatment technology for reuse, ensuring effective water purification and stable recirculation system to avoid secondary pollution.
III. Supporting Facilities and Function Standards
The interior should be equipped with basic functions such as exhaust fans, lighting, sinks, mirrors, shelves, paper towel holders, and hooks. Some high-end products also include intelligent devices like sensor lights and hand dryers. For ventilation and deodorization, high-power exhaust fans or active fresh air systems should be configured to prevent odor accumulation. Electrical safety should meet requirements for moisture resistance, waterproofing, and grounding protection, with a typical voltage of 220V to ensure safe use.
IV. Relevant Certifications and Implementation Standards
Production should refer to national standards such as GB/T 18092-2000 Waterless Sanitary Toilets and CJ/T 378-2011 Portable Toilets to ensure products comply with norms in design, materials, and performance. Certified products offer greater assurance in terms of quality stability, environmental friendliness, and safety.
