Mobile Toilet Quality Inspection Report

Admin September 21, 2026

The mobile toilet quality inspection report is a written certificate for safety and performance testing of the product, ensuring that the product meets quality standards. It can be used as a basis for entering e-commerce platforms or for consumer reference.

I. Types of Inspection Reports Common types of mobile toilet quality inspection reports include CMA and CNAS inspections. CMA is the China Metrology Accreditation. Testing institutions that obtain this certification can use the CMA mark on inspection reports. Such reports have legal validity and can be used for product quality evaluation, achievement appraisal, and judicial arbitration. CNAS is the certification from the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, indicating that the testing institution has internationally recognized technical capabilities. However, both certifications require strict audits to obtain qualifications.

II. Basis for Testing Standards The testing standards for mobile toilets are mainly divided into four categories:

  1. National Standards (GB): For example, the "Unified Standard for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Engineering" GB50300-2013 specifies building structural safety requirements; the "Design Standard for Urban Public Toilets" CJJ14-2016 clarifies the norms for sanitary facility configuration.
  2. Industry Standards (QB/CJ): For instance, the "Technical Requirements for Ecological Mobile Toilets" CJ/T514-2017 proposes quantitative indicators for environmental performance (such as sewage treatment efficiency and resource recycling rate).
  3. Enterprise Standards: When there are no corresponding national or industry standards for a product, enterprises can formulate internal standards and submit them to testing institutions for review as a basis for testing.
  4. Special Standards (Special Specifications): These are supplementary standards formulated for specific scenarios (such as plateaus and extremely cold regions) or functional requirements (such as barrier-free design).

III. Practical Application Scenarios Taking the XX City Riverside Ecological Leisure Trail Project as an example, the quality inspection of mobile toilets in this project must meet multiple standards simultaneously: structural safety must comply with GB50300-2013 to prevent collapse risks; sanitary indicators must meet CJJ14-2016 to ensure pollution-free treatment of excreta; ecological performance must pass verification according to CJ/T514-2017, such as the water consumption of water-saving flushing devices must be less than 6L per use. The inspection report must be issued by an institution with CMA qualification to serve as a compliant document for project acceptance or platform entry.

IV. Legal Validity of the Report A report marked with CMA is a legal certificate of product quality compliance. If a product causes disputes due to quality issues, this report can serve as key evidence for judicial arbitration. Enterprises that forge or tamper with reports will face administrative penalties and legal responsibilities.
