Mobile Toilet Quality Acceptance
Admin September 23, 2026
The quality acceptance of mobile toilets should be comprehensively evaluated from multiple aspects such as material and workmanship, functional systems, and structural safety to ensure compliance with industry standards and usage requirements.

1. Material and Workmanship Acceptance
- Frame Steel: It must meet the industry-standard thickness to avoid deformation due to thickness reduction during long-term outdoor use. For example, the edge thickness of angle steel should be ≥3mm, and the steel grade should be clearly marked as Q235B or similar materials.
- Welding Quality: Weld seams should be uniform and flat, without cold welds or missed welds. The penetration depth of qualified welds should reach more than 70% of the base material thickness, with surface depressions or protrusions not exceeding 0.5mm.
- Corrosion and Rust Prevention: In rainy and humid areas, galvanized steel pipes or stainless steel materials should be selected. The thickness of the galvanized layer should comply with the national standard GB/T 13912 (average ≥85μm, local ≥70μm) to prevent internal cavity corrosion.
- Appearance Workmanship: Check the gaps between cabinet body panels, sealing, paint uniformity, and color differences to prevent rainwater leakage.
2. Core Functional System Acceptance
- Sanitary Facilities: It should be equipped with washbasins, hand dryers, etc. The drainage system should be unobstructed to avoid retention of excreta.
- Water-saving Performance: Verify through flushing tests, recording the amount of water required for each flush to ensure compliance with water-saving requirements.
3. Structural Safety Acceptance
- Wind and Earthquake Resistance: It should comply with the JGJ81 welding standard, with a stable overall structure, a wind resistance rating of not less than Level 10, and an earthquake resistance rating of not less than Level 8.
- Corrosion Protection: It should comply with the requirements of GB50212 to avoid structural instability due to environmental humidity.
4. Sealing and Waterproof Performance Acceptance
- Water Spray Test: Use a water spray gun (pressure 0.1MPa, distance 500mm) to continuously spray water along the exterior walls, corners, and roof connections for 15 minutes. After stopping for 1 hour, check for leakage.
- Water Retention Test: Verify that there is no leakage in the storage tank and fecal tank, and that the water supply and drainage pipelines are neatly arranged and free of leakage.
5. Usage Comfort Acceptance
- Space and Facilities: The interior space should be sufficient, with good ventilation and lighting. Facilities should comply with ergonomic principles (e.g., appropriate height and width).
6. Convenience and Adaptability Acceptance
- Mobility: It should meet the needs of different locations and have simple maintenance methods.
7. Acceptance Documents and Testing
- Document Verification: Require the supplier to provide material quality certificates, welding procedure qualification reports, and material certification documents. Verify the steel grade and angle steel edge thickness.
- On-site Testing: Include appearance dimension errors (≤5mm), decorative layer flatness, joint sealing, and ground waterproofing performance.
8. Operational Testing
- Commissioning Assessment: After installation and commissioning, it should operate without faults and be confirmed as qualified by the user.
