Mobile Toilet Pump

Admin September 23, 2026

For mobile toilet pumps, options typically include mobile sanitary suction pumps or specific types of mobile water pumps, which should be selected based on parameters such as flow rate, head, and material.

Applicability of Mobile Sanitary Suction Pumps

Mobile sanitary suction pumps are suction devices specifically designed for sanitary scenarios and can be directly used for sewage discharge in mobile toilets. Their core parameters include head (1-150m) and flow rate (50-1000m³/h), which should be selected based on the sewage discharge height and drainage volume of the mobile toilet. For example, if there is a height difference between the toilet's sewage outlet and the municipal pipeline, a pump with sufficient head should be chosen; if the toilet has a high usage frequency and large drainage volume, a high-flow device should be prioritized. Common brands include Ito Power, Tianjiazheng, Huisheng, etc., with a variety of product models available to meet different scenario needs.

Type Selection of Mobile Water Pumps

Among mobile water pumps, self-priming pumps and mobile pump trucks are two types suitable for mobile toilets.

  • Self-priming pumps: These have automatic water suction capabilities and do not require pre-filling, making them suitable for scenarios with frequent starts and stops. Their materials are usually cast iron or stainless steel. Cast iron pumps have lower costs but weaker corrosion resistance, while stainless steel pumps are more durable but more expensive. If the mobile toilet is located in a humid or corrosive environment (such as by the sea), stainless steel material is recommended.
  • Mobile pump trucks: These integrate a water pump, power source, and mobile chassis, making them suitable for large-scale or temporary sewage discharge needs. Their advantage lies in strong mobility, allowing for quick deployment to different locations. However, they have a larger size and higher cost, making them more suitable for large-scale events or construction sites.

Key Parameter Matching Principles

When selecting a pump, the following parameters should be considered:

  1. Head: It should be slightly higher than the actual sewage discharge height (such as the vertical distance from the toilet's sewage outlet to the municipal pipeline) to ensure smooth sewage discharge.
  2. Flow rate: It should be estimated based on the number of toilet users and drainage frequency. For example, for a toilet used by 100 people per day, it is recommended to select a device with a flow rate of no less than 200m³/h.
  3. Material: It should be selected based on environmental humidity and chemical substance content. If the sewage contains corrosive substances (such as disinfectants), stainless steel or engineering plastic materials should be prioritized.
  4. Power supply type: Mobile toilets usually do not have a fixed power supply, so diesel/gasoline-powered or battery-powered devices should be selected to ensure convenience of use.

Maintenance and Usage Recommendations

Regularly clean debris inside the pump body (such as toilet paper, hair, etc.) to avoid clogging; check the wear condition of seals to prevent water leakage; when the pump is not in use for a long time, drain the accumulated water inside the pump to prevent freezing or corrosion.
