Mobile Toilet and Public Toilet Production

Admin September 21, 2026

Mobile toilets or public toilets can be made using materials such as water storage buckets, water storage tanks, pallets, and discarded tiles. Here are the specific production methods:

Making a mobile toilet using a water storage bucket: This method is relatively simple and mainly relies on the water storage bucket to achieve some of the toilet's functions. The bucket can be used to store clean water and collect wastewater separately. By reasonably designing and installing corresponding pipes and accessories, such as connecting a toilet and a sink to the bucket, a simple yet relatively complete mobile toilet can be formed. This production method has a low cost and is suitable for scenarios where the sanitary conditions are not particularly demanding and a temporary toilet needs to be quickly set up, such as outdoor events and construction sites.

Making a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet: First, prepare a suitable pallet as the bottom support structure of the toilet. Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet, which allows the entire toilet to be easily moved. Then install the water storage tank on the pallet. The tank is also used for storing clean water and collecting wastewater. Next, install sanitary facilities such as a toilet and a sink on the pallet and connect them to the water storage tank through pipes to ensure the normal circulation and use of water. This production method provides certain guarantees in terms of mobility and functionality and is suitable for places that require frequent movement and have certain sanitary requirements, such as temporary venues for some large-scale events.

Making a mobile toilet using discarded tiles: First, place the toilet on the tiles and draw marking lines along the edge of the toilet. Use an angle grinder to cut out rectangular tile pieces according to the marking lines. Place universal wheels at the four corners of the cut tile pieces and fix them to make the toilet movable. Put the toilet back on the tiles with the fixed universal wheels and use cement to firmly attach the toilet to the tiles to ensure stability. Then install accessories such as a water tank and a toilet seat cover. Finally, put the sewage discharge hose into the drain pipe and connect the water inlet pipe. A simple mobile toilet is thus completed. This method not only realizes the reuse of discarded tiles but also produces a mobile toilet with certain practicality. It is suitable for scenarios with limited resources where temporary toilet solutions are needed.
