Mobile Toilet Professional

Admin September 20, 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They have advantages such as mobility, modularity, and ease of transportation. There are various structural forms, moving methods, and sewage treatment methods for mobile toilets. Their design follows specific principles, and they come in multiple types and can be customized.

Structural Forms: Mobile toilets can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets based on their structural forms. Single-structure mobile toilets are relatively independent and simple, suitable for places with limited space or low demand for the number of toilets. Composite-structure mobile toilets are more complex, possibly composed of multiple single units, and can meet the usage needs of larger crowds, often used at large-scale event venues.

Moving Methods: Mobile toilets can be classified into lifting/handling mobile toilets and powered/trailer-mounted mobile toilets based on their moving methods. Lifting/handling mobile toilets are usually smaller in size and lighter in weight, facilitating manual or small-scale equipment lifting and handling. Powered/trailer-mounted mobile toilets have their own power systems or can be moved by vehicle towing, with a wider moving range, suitable for scenarios requiring frequent location changes.

Sewage Treatment Methods: Mobile toilets can be divided into water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets based on their sewage treatment methods. Water-flush and waterless suction-type mobile toilets treat fecal sewage through water flushing or suction. Circulating water-flush mobile toilets can recycle treated water, saving water resources. Dry-packing mobile toilets pack feces in biodegradable bags, requiring no water treatment.

Design Principles: The design of mobile toilets should follow the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecological friendliness; and improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should consider lightness, using lightweight and durable materials as much as possible, with a sturdy structure. At the same time, the height and width of the toilets should be controlled, and the moving devices should be complete and reasonable.

Types and Customization: Professional manufacturers of mobile toilets produce various types of mobile toilets, such as waterless packing mobile public toilets and foam-sealing mobile public toilets. Some manufacturers also offer processing and customization services, designing and producing personalized products according to customer needs in terms of specifications, materials, applicable temperature ranges, and voltages.
