• Assembly and Debugging Area: After the processing of individual components is completed, overall assembly takes place in this area. The processed framework, walls, roof, and other components are assembled according to design requirements, while internal sanitary fixtures and water and electricity systems are also installed. After assembly, a comprehensive debugging of the mobile toilet is conducted to check whether the water and electricity systems are functioning properly, whether the doors and windows open and close smoothly, and whether the sealing performance is good, ensuring that the product meets usage standards.

Actual Production Case: When Sichuan Qiheng Yunfang Space Capsule Factory produced five double-pit mobile toilets, the galvanized square steel framework could be seen in the finished product display, demonstrating the achievements of the processing and manufacturing area in framework processing and also indicating that such frameworks are combined with other components into complete mobile toilets in the assembly and debugging area.
