Mobile Toilet Production Steps

Admin September 21, 2026

There is no unified and fixed production process for mobile toilets. The following provides a general production idea based on common components and a simple production case:

Determine the Design Plan

Determine the scale, shape, and functions of the mobile toilet based on factors such as the usage scenario, budget, and number of users. For example, if it is for outdoor temporary events, the scale can be relatively small, with the main function being basic toilet use. If it is for long-term use on construction sites, the scale should be able to accommodate a larger number of people, and additional附属 (ancillary) functions such as handwashing may be required. At the same time, plan the layout of each component well, such as the location of the fecal sewage storage tank and the installation positions of sanitary fixtures, to ensure reasonable space utilization and convenient use.

Prepare Materials and Tools

Materials: Prepare corresponding materials according to the design plan, such as panels for building walls and roofs (common ones include color-coated steel sheets and wooden boards), floor materials (such as non-slip tiles and plastic floors), sanitary fixtures (toilets or squat pans, washbasins, etc.), water tanks, fecal sewage storage tanks (which can be special plastic storage buckets or custom-made metal tanks), as well as connecting pipes, sealants, and other auxiliary materials. Tools: Basic tools such as electric drills, screwdrivers, wrenches, saws, and spirit levels are required for cutting, installing, and fixing materials.

Build the Main Structure

First, build the floor to ensure it is flat and firm, and carry out waterproofing treatment. Then install the walls,拼接 (splice) the panels according to the design drawings, and fix them using screws or welding methods, paying attention to the verticality and stability of the walls. Next, install the roof, cover the roof panels on the walls, and carry out sealing treatment to prevent rainwater leakage.

Install Sanitary Fixtures and Related Equipment

Install the toilet or squat pan, connect the water inlet pipe and the sewage pipe properly to ensure a tight connection without leakage. Install the washbasin, connect the water inlet pipe and the drainage pipe, and install the faucet. Install the water tank in an appropriate position, connect the water inlet pipe, and ensure the water tank can supply water normally. At the same time, install the fecal sewage storage tank and connect it to the sewage pipe of the toilet or squat pan.

Inspection and Debugging

After the installation is completed, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the entire mobile toilet to check whether each component is installed firmly, whether the connecting pipes are unobstructed, and whether there are any water leakage or air leakage problems. Then carry out debugging, open the water tank valve to check whether the water supply is normal; flush-test the toilet or squat pan to check whether the sewage discharge is smooth; check whether the water flow from the faucet of the washbasin is stable. Adjust and repair any problems found in a timely manner to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilet.
