Mobile Toilet Production Process Diagram
Currently, there is no direct production process diagram for mobile toilets, but the production process can be outlined based on textual descriptions, mainly divided into six steps: design planning, material preparation, main frame construction, functional module installation, decoration and detail handling, and testing and debugging.

Design Planning: Determine the size, shape, and functional module configuration of the mobile toilet based on factors such as the usage scenario, expected number of users, and budget. For example, if used in a tourist attraction, it is necessary to consider a combination of aesthetics and practicality, with a size that can accommodate multiple people simultaneously and is easy to move; if used at a large event site, the focus should be on planning for quick setup and dismantling. At the same time, plan the sewage disposal method, such as using a septic tank for treatment or directly connecting to the municipal sewage pipeline.
Material Preparation: Prepare the required materials according to the design plan. The main frame commonly uses steel materials, such as angle steel and square tubes, to ensure structural stability; wall and roof materials can be color-coated steel plates, which have waterproof, fireproof, and heat-insulating properties; floor materials generally use non-slip tiles or special plastic flooring to ensure safety during use. In addition, materials needed for functional modules such as doors, windows, sanitary fixtures, lighting equipment, and ventilation equipment should also be prepared.
Main Frame Construction: Construct the main frame of the mobile toilet using steel welding or bolt connections according to the design drawings. First, construct the bottom frame to ensure it is level and stable, then sequentially construct the wall frames and roof frames. During construction, pay attention to the firm connection of each component to ensure the overall structural stability.
Functional Module Installation: After the main frame construction is completed, install each functional module. Install sanitary fixtures such as toilets, urinals, and sinks, and connect the water supply and drainage pipes; install lighting equipment to ensure sufficient light inside the toilet; install ventilation equipment such as exhaust fans to maintain air circulation; install doors and windows to ensure tightness and ease of opening.
Decoration and Detail Handling: Decorate the mobile toilet, such as painting the walls and installing decorative panels, to enhance aesthetics. At the same time, handle details such as wall corners and door and window gaps, and perform waterproof and sealing treatments to prevent water leakage.
Testing and Debugging: After all installations and decorations are completed, conduct comprehensive testing and debugging of the mobile toilet. Check whether the water supply and drainage systems are unobstructed, whether the sanitary fixtures can be used normally, whether the lighting and ventilation equipment are working properly, and ensure that all functions of the mobile toilet meet the design requirements.
