Mobile Toilet Production Photos

Admin October 11, 2026

Currently, we cannot directly provide photos of the production process of mobile toilets, but we can introduce the production process.

The production process of mobile toilets is relatively precise, and the production steps vary under different design concepts. Here are the processes for two common production methods:

Making a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet: First, prepare materials and tools such as a water storage tank, a pallet, universal wheels, a toilet, a faucet, and a sink. The first step is to fix the universal wheels. Install the universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet, ensuring they are firmly installed and can rotate flexibly, so that the mobile toilet can be easily moved. Then, place the water storage tank. Put the water storage tank in an appropriate position on the pallet. The water storage tank can be used to store domestic water and sewage. Next, perform the cutting and opening work. According to the installation positions of the toilet, faucet, and sink, cut corresponding openings in the water storage tank. The opening sizes should be appropriate to ensure the smooth progress of subsequent installations. After that, install the toilet. Install the toilet at the cut opening and connect the drainage pipe to ensure that the toilet can be used normally and the drainage is smooth. Then, install the faucet and sink. Install the faucet and sink at appropriate positions and connect the water inlet pipe to facilitate hand-washing for users. Finally, carry out some detail processing, such as polishing the cut edges to prevent scratching users, and you can also decorate the mobile toilet to improve its aesthetics.

Making a mobile toilet using a water storage bucket: First, prepare materials such as a water storage bucket, a universal wheel base, a wooden door, a drainage pipe, a showerhead, and a toilet. The first step is to install the universal wheel base. Install the universal wheel base at the bottom of the water storage bucket to ensure the mobility of the mobile toilet. Then, cut the bucket to make entrances and exits. According to the design requirements, cut a door opening for people to enter and exit and openings for installing equipment such as a toilet on the water storage bucket. Next, install the wooden door. Install a wooden door for the cut door opening to ensure the door's airtightness and flexible opening and closing. After that, connect the drainage pipe. Connect the drainage pipes of equipment such as the toilet to the water storage bucket or an external drainage system to ensure that sewage can be discharged smoothly. Then, make a showerhead. If a shower function is required, install a showerhead and connect the water inlet pipe. Finally, install the toilet. Install the toilet at the reserved position and fix it well to complete the production of the entire mobile toilet.
