Mobile Toilet Production

Admin October 10, 2026

There are mainly two ways to produce mobile toilets: one is to use a water storage tank to make a common movable type, and the other is to comprehensively produce them after understanding the relevant components, characteristics, and design principles of mobile toilets. Here are the specific points:

Making a Common Movable Type Using a Water Storage Tank

  1. Basic Structure Construction: Take out a water storage tank from home and split it in half with an angle grinder. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for easy movement. Take several wooden strips and firmly fix them to the upper side of the tank with self-tapping screws to increase the height of the tank.
  2. Door and Wall Construction: Use an angle grinder again to open a doorway on the side of the water storage tank. Install foam strips on both sides of the doorway to form a door frame. Insert a piece of plastic soft board between the wooden strips to form an elevated wall. At the same time, place the upper half of the water storage tank steadily on the top of the wooden strips to form a roof. To enhance the indoor aesthetics, apply a layer of white waterproof paint to the wooden strips.
  3. Simple Door Making: Use foam strips to splice two discarded honeycomb wooden boards together to make a simple door.
  4. Drainage and Water System Installation: Use a hole-opening tool to make a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Make holes on the side and bottom of a plastic bucket and connect them with direct fittings. Place the plastic bucket on the roof to form a small water storage device. Connect the bath heater made of water pipes. Install a three-way fitting below the water inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead. Place the toilet on the hole of the drain pipe, install the water tank and fix it with glass glue, and connect the drain pipe to the sewage tank. Horizontally connect a water pipe to the three-way fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for the sink. Make a hole in the door and install a fitting.

Comprehensive Production After Understanding the Relevant Components, Characteristics, and Design Principles of Mobile Toilets

  1. Components: Generally composed of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and moving device.
  2. Characteristics: It can be moved as a whole and placed at locations with fixed or temporary needs. It is suitable for various places such as stations, docks, and tourist attractions. It has the advantages of being movable, combinable, and easy to transport.
  3. Design Principles: It should follow the principles of being easy to move, economical and durable; being environmentally friendly and beneficial to the environment; and improving efficiency and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be light and try to use light and durable materials. The structure should be sturdy. When designing, it is also necessary to consider controlling the height and width of the toilet, and the moving device should be fully considered for completeness and rationality.
