Mobile Toilet Production

Admin September 20, 2026

There are mainly the following methods for producing mobile toilets:

Producing a portable toilet using a water storage tank

A water storage tank is a key component for making a simple mobile toilet. First, you need to prepare a water storage tank with an appropriate capacity, the size of which should be determined based on the number of users and the frequency of use. Generally, for household or small-scale event use, a water storage tank with a capacity of 20 - 50 liters is more suitable. Next, install a toilet seat ring on top of the water storage tank. The toilet seat ring can be fixed to the opening of the water storage tank with screws to ensure a firm installation and prevent wobbling during use. To enhance comfort, you can also place a soft cushion on the toilet seat ring. Additionally, to facilitate movement, you can install handles on the sides of the water storage tank, making it easy to carry when you need to move the toilet. This production method is simple and cost-effective, suitable for temporary use or scenarios with relatively low hygiene requirements.

Producing a solar-powered mobile toilet using a water storage tank

On the basis of the above-mentioned method of producing a portable toilet using a water storage tank, adding solar power devices can enhance its functionality and environmental friendliness. In addition to preparing basic components such as a water storage tank and a toilet seat ring, you also need to install solar panels, a battery, and lighting equipment. The solar panels should be installed on the top of the mobile toilet to ensure sufficient sunlight exposure. Connect the solar panels to the battery, which is used to store the electrical energy converted by the solar panels. Install lighting equipment, such as LED lights, inside the toilet and connect it to the battery, so that it can provide lighting at night or in low-light conditions. This solar-powered mobile toilet not only has portability but also utilizes clean energy, reducing dependence on traditional electricity. It is suitable for use in outdoor activities, field operations, and other scenarios.

Producing a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet

First, prepare a water storage tank, the capacity of which can be selected according to actual needs. Generally, it is recommended to choose a water storage tank with a capacity of 50 - 100 liters to meet certain usage requirements. Then, prepare a suitable pallet. The material of the pallet can be wood or plastic, and it should have a certain degree of strength and stability. Use tools to fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of the pallet. When choosing universal wheels, pay attention to their load-bearing capacity to ensure they can support the weight of the water storage tank and the pallet. Place the water storage tank on the pallet and install toilet facilities, such as a toilet seat ring and a water tank, on top of the water storage tank. To facilitate drainage, you can set up a drainage outlet on the water storage tank and connect a drainage pipe. The mobile toilet produced in this way has a relatively stable structure and is easy to move, suitable for use in construction sites, markets, and other places.
