Mobile Toilet Product Analysis

Admin September 22, 2026

Mobile toilets are facilities that can be moved as a whole and provide toilet services to the public. They are divided into two types: environmentally friendly and ordinary, and have characteristics such as environmental protection and reasonable structure, making them suitable for various places.

Product Types

  • Environmentally Friendly Mobile Toilets: These adopt environmentally friendly technical solutions such as waterless flushing, foam sealing, and water flushing. Waterless flushing types do not require connection to water supply and drainage pipes, while water flushing types need to be connected to pipes and achieve water conservation through technologies such as rainwater collection and filtration systems and secondary toilet flushing with hand-washing water. They have a wide range of application scenarios, including temporary toilets at construction sites, toilets in scenic spots and gardens, and vehicle-mounted toilets. They are also used for events such as entertainment performances and sports competitions, as well as in outdoor places like gardens and tourist attractions. Some products are equipped with intelligent systems, such as bottom-level PLC data acquisition systems, 40-inch LED toilet stall monitors, and 4G remote monitoring modules, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via mobile apps.
  • Ordinary Mobile Toilets: Their basic configurations include light bulb sockets, exhaust fans, air outlets, and flush tanks. In terms of dimensions, the length and width are generally 1.1 meters, and the height is 2.3 meters.

Product Characteristics

  • Environmental Protection Characteristics: They feature diverse water-saving technologies and a rich variety of environmentally friendly materials. The main frame is made of steel structure, and the exterior wall materials often include color steel plates, metal carved plates, aluminum-plastic plates, and anti-corrosion wood. They can operate normally within a temperature range of -20°C to 50°C.
  • Structural Characteristics: They adopt a frame structure composed of welded steel. The bottom is welded with channel steel or I-beams, and the columns use square steel to meet lifting requirements, facilitating movement and installation. The dimensional specifications are clear. The recommended ratio of male to female squatting (sitting) positions is 1:1 or 3:2. Specific dimensional requirements are set for the spacing between squatting positions for defecation, standing positions for urination, independent urinals, and the width of walkways inside the toilets.

Application Scenarios and Advantages

  • Application Scenarios: They are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets. In tourist scenarios, environmentally friendly mobile toilets can balance the demands of facility construction and environmental protection in scenic spots, such as being set up in geologically fragile areas or near observation decks during the peak tourist season.
  • Advantages: They are convenient, practical, and inexpensive, easy to install and move, and can meet the toilet needs of both temporary and fixed places.
