Mobile Toilet Plastic Bag Replacement

Admin October 22, 2026

The process of replacing plastic bags in mobile toilets varies depending on the type. The following explains using dry-packing type and manually replaced automatic packing toilets as examples:

For dry-packing mobile toilets, the design principle is to allow waste to fall directly into a biodegradable plastic bag beneath the sanitary fixture. Under normal use, the system automatically replaces the plastic bag after each use without manual intervention, greatly enhancing convenience and hygiene. This automated design not only reduces the complexity of manual operations but also effectively avoids hygiene issues caused by improper manual handling.

If manual replacement of the plastic bag is required, refer to the bag replacement process for automatic packing toilets. When the film runs out, first open the empty area, taking care to avoid damaging the equipment or causing tears in the plastic bag. Next, remove the old bag and organize the new bag to ensure it is flat and wrinkle-free, then place it into the designated position. After inserting the new bag, tie the end and clip it onto the designated clip to ensure the plastic bag does not slip during use. Then, adjust the position of the plastic bag to its optimal state, tear off the outer edge paper, find the opening and tie a knot, and firmly insert it to ensure a good seal. Finally, close the lid and press the packing button to complete the entire bag replacement operation.

Additionally, the plastic bags in packing-type mobile toilets have a certain number of reusable times. Typically, these plastic bags can be reused 80 to 120 times, which not only reduces usage costs but also minimizes resource waste. During use, cleaning staff will regularly replace the sealed and packed plastic bags and dispose of them as dry waste to ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the mobile toilet environment.
