Mobile Toilet Pipeline Installation Tutorial

Admin October 12, 2026

Here is the mobile toilet pipeline installation tutorial:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey and Selection
Select a flat and solid ground (such as cement ground, asphalt ground, or compacted gravel ground), avoiding soft soil, sandy ground, or slopes. The site area should be larger than the toilet size, with reserved space for operation and maintenance, and ensure that the passage is unobstructed. At the same time, evaluate the impact of surrounding obstacles (such as trees, power lines, and buildings) on hoisting, and plan the access paths for drainage and septic tank cleaning vehicles.

  2. Equipment and Tool Preparation
Based on the toilet size and weight, prepare a forklift or a small crane (with a safety margin for lifting capacity); equip with a level, a tape measure, wrenches, screwdrivers, sealants (such as silicone sealants), and other tools; prepare connecting materials such as pipes, joints, anchor bolts, or fixing straps.

  3. Product Inspection and Verification
Unpack and verify the completeness of components (including the main body cabinet, sanitary ware, lighting and ventilation equipment, etc.), check the cabinet structure and panels for any transportation damage or deformation, and read the installation instructions to clarify the installation points for specific models.

II. Pipeline System Connection

  1. Water Supply Pipeline Connection
If a direct water supply mode is adopted, use a flexible hose or PPR pipe to connect the on-site tap water pipe to the toilet water inlet. The connection must use Teflon tape or a sealing gasket to ensure tightness and prevent water leakage.

  2. Drainage Pipeline Installation (Winter Anti-freezing Measures)

  • The ground should be flat with a reasonable slope (recommended 0.5%-1%), and a gravel or plain concrete foundation can be laid to enhance stability.
  • Anti-freezing treatment: The pipeline should be wrapped with an insulation layer (such as insulation cotton, with a thickness ≥ 5cm) or buried to a depth not lower than the local frost line depth; the exposed pipeline joints should be sealed with tape, and anti-freezing valves or emptying valves should be installed at the ends to prevent water from freezing, expanding, and rupturing.

III. Winter Use and Maintenance Points (Related to Pipelines)

  1. Heating System Inspection
When the temperature is below -5℃, check the operating status of the heating system daily to avoid freezing inside the equipment.
  2. Sealing Maintenance
Regularly check the sealing of the water tank and valves to prevent pipeline freezing and blockage due to low temperatures and ensure the smoothness of the drainage system.
