Mobile Toilet Pipeline Installation
The installation process and technical key points of the pipeline for water-circulating mobile toilets are as follows:

Pre-installation Preparation
Site Survey and Location Selection
Select a flat area with solid soil to ensure the stable placement of the toilet and smooth sewage discharge. Evaluate the power access conditions as the water circulation treatment system relies on electricity. Avoid low-lying areas prone to waterlogging to prevent equipment from being submerged. Determine the equipment model and the load capacity of the treatment system based on the pedestrian flow patterns and frequency of the usage location.Foundation Treatment and Ground Leveling
Construct the foundation according to the size and weight of the toilet. Common forms include concrete foundations, pre-fabricated cement slabs, or reinforced gravel floors to distribute the load and prevent uneven settlement. The ground must be level to ensure full contact between the box and the ground, avoiding structural safety hazards caused by suspension.Equipment Inspection and Component Verification
Before installation, check the equipment list to ensure that core components such as the water circulation treatment host, water storage tank, toilet, pipes, wires, and control panel are intact. Confirm that the installation drawings are accurate and familiarize yourself with the connection relationships between components to avoid errors during subsequent construction.
Main Body Installation and Pipeline Connection
Box Positioning and Fixing
Use lifting equipment to hoist the box onto the foundation steadily, avoiding collisions. Measure the levelness of the box in multiple directions using a level. Adjust promptly if tilted. Connect the box to the foundation reliably using anchor bolts, wind-resistant fixing straps, or anchors to prevent movement or overturning due to external forces.Water Circulation System Host Installation
The host is the core of the system and must be installed in the reserved equipment room inside the box or on the base below according to technical requirements. Ensure the host is placed steadily with sufficient space for operation and maintenance around it. The installation environment must be well-ventilated to avoid extreme conditions such as humidity or high temperature that may affect equipment performance.Pipeline System Connection
- Inlet Pipeline Connection: Reliably connect the external water supply pipe to the toilet inlet valve and water storage tank. Install a filter at the inlet end to prevent impurities from entering. Check the sealing of all interfaces to ensure no leakage.
- Internal Circulation Pipeline Connection: Correctly connect the pipelines between the toilet, collection tank, water circulation treatment host, and purified water tank according to the flow chart to ensure a smooth sewage circulation path and avoid cross-contamination or blockage risks.
