Mobile Toilet Partition Installation
The installation of mobile toilet partitions requires following professional steps to ensure structural stability and user safety. The specific process is as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation and Basic Structure Construction
Select a Professional Service Provider
You can contact companies like Hangzhou Liyun Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd., which offer full-service capabilities including on-site measurement, design, production, installation, and after-sales maintenance, suitable for public places such as shopping malls and hospitals. Professional teams can provide customized solutions based on site conditions, avoiding issues such as dimensional errors or material mismatches.Basic Frame Installation
- Welding Fixed Frames and Tracks: Determine the positions of fixed frames based on the track length, with the first and last fixed frames placed 0 meters from the track ends and evenly spaced in between. Ensure that the channel steel is perpendicular to the fixed frames during welding, with a horizontal deviation of the track not exceeding 2mm.
- Track Connection: Insert a 10mm screw into the small groove at the end of the track, place it over the hinge bracket, and insert a steel pin to secure the hinge track. The hinge track should be drilled with a 12mm hole according to the screw eye of the hinge bracket and tightened with a 1mm screw. Finally, weld the channel steel and the hinge bracket with angle steel. Other construction units are prohibited from driving rivets or screws on the track to avoid affecting maintenance.
II. Partition Dimension Measurement and Adjustment
Select the measurement method based on the installation method:
- Exposed Wall Installation: The partition is placed flush against the wall, with the length equal to the net width of the opening minus 2mm (to allow for expansion joints).
- Recessed Wall Installation: The partition is embedded within the wall, with the length equal to the net width of the opening plus 4mm (to compensate for wall irregularities).
- Rubber Head Installation: Use elastic seals, with the length equal to the net width of the opening (automatically compensating for errors).
Measurement should be done using a laser level to ensure vertical and horizontal alignment meets standards.
III. Door Panel Installation and Adjustment
- Door Panel Fixation: Raise the screw caps simultaneously into the track groove, tighten them initially, and then adjust the height with a wrench.
- Lower the Door Panel: Turn the lower screw cap; Raise the Door Panel: Turn the upper screw cap.
- After adjustment, tighten the screw caps from top to bottom, ensuring the wrench direction matches the rotation direction of the screw caps to avoid slipping.
- Function Testing: Repeatedly slide the door panel to check the smoothness and sealing of the track. If there is any jamming, check whether the steel pin is loose or if the track is deformed.
IV. Safety and Maintenance Points
- Welding Quality: The welding joints between the fixed frames and tracks should be treated for rust prevention, with the weld length of load-bearing parts not less than 50mm.
- Material Selection: Prioritize the use of compact laminate or honeycomb panels, which have moisture-proof and corrosion-resistant properties, extending the service life.
- Regular Inspection: Check the tightness of screws and the cleanliness of the track every quarter, promptly cleaning dust or debris.
Note: Non-professionals should not disassemble the track or fixed frames by themselves to avoid damaging structural stability. For maintenance, contact the original installation team for professional handling.
