Mobile Toilet Panel Materials

Admin September 23, 2026

Mobile toilet panel materials mainly include three categories: metal frame materials, panel materials, and internal partition materials, as detailed below:

Metal Frame Materials

  • Stainless Steel: Features high strength, rust resistance, high-temperature resistance, and ease of cleaning, but comes at a higher cost. Suitable for scenarios with extremely high hygiene and durability requirements, such as high-end tourist attractions, hospitals, airports, and strongly corrosive environments like coastal or chemical industrial parks.
  • Galvanized Steel Sheet: Treated with galvanization, it effectively prevents mold and bacterial growth, offering corrosion resistance and high hardness. With a yield strength of ≥235 MPa and a weight of approximately 7.8 kg/m², it is suitable for high-traffic, high-intensity use scenarios like urban public toilets, industrial parks, transportation hubs, and long-term rust prevention in humid environments (e.g., coastal areas).

Panel Materials

  • Preservative-Treated Wood: After special treatment, it exhibits excellent anti-corrosion properties, maintaining a long service life even in humid or rainy environments, while also providing a natural wood grain texture that enhances the overall aesthetics of the toilet.
  • PVC Plastic Sheet: Offers superior waterproof and moisture-proof properties, effectively preventing water penetration and keeping the interior of the toilet dry. It comes in a variety of colors, is easy to clean, and can be customized to meet the decorative needs of different venues.
  • Aluminum Ceiling Panel: Resistant to moisture, impact, and pollution, it can be seamlessly joined, has strong oxidation resistance, and a long service life, making it particularly suitable for outdoor toilet walls or ceilings that require high durability and waterproofing.
  • HPL High-Pressure Laminate: Waterproof, stain-resistant, and wear-resistant, with a smooth surface that is easy to clean and a diverse design style, it is highly suitable for partitions in public toilets with high foot traffic, such as park public toilets and scenic area restrooms.
  • Phenolic Resin High-Pressure Panel (Artificial Panel): Molded in one piece without the need for edge finishing, it is moisture-proof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean, with thickness options of 12 mm or 18 mm. However, it requires high-quality hardware fittings to enhance its overall integrity.

Internal Partition Materials for Mobile Toilets

  • Metal Materials: Including galvanized steel sheets and stainless steel (304/316), they feature high strength, corrosion resistance, and ease of cleaning, but come at a higher cost, suitable for scenarios with extremely high hygiene and durability requirements.
  • Composite Materials: Such as compact laminate (HPL) and fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP), they offer water resistance, corrosion resistance, ease of cleaning, and high design flexibility, suitable for medium- to high-traffic scenarios and strongly corrosive environments.
  • Plastic Materials: Such as high-density polyethylene (HDPE), they are lightweight and easy to process, suitable for temporary events that require quick assembly and disassembly.
