Mobile Toilet Panel Fasteners

Admin October 07, 2026

Commonly used panel fasteners for mobile toilets mainly include public restroom partition panel fittings, special fittings for compact laminate panels, and general hardware fittings. The specific choice depends on the panel type and structural design.

Public restroom partition panel fittings are the most common type of fasteners in mobile toilets, primarily used to secure PVC compact laminate panels or aluminum honeycomb panel partitions. Typical fittings include plastic back panel clips, which enable quick connection between the panel and the frame through a snap-fit structure, offering low cost and easy installation; shelf support clips (starting at ¥0.02 each) are used to support horizontal shelves, fixed to the frame with screws, suitable for lightweight designs; L-shaped connectors (starting at ¥2.50 each) enhance the stability of panel seams through a right-angle structure, commonly used at corners or joints; stainless steel bracket indicator lock hinges (starting at ¥2.50 each) combine locking and indicating functions, suitable for partition doors requiring privacy protection, with stainless steel material resistant to corrosion in humid environments.

Special fittings for compact laminate panels are designed for high-strength panels. For example, waterproof connectors prevent water penetration through a sealed structure, suitable for waterproof partition systems in mobile toilets; 304 stainless steel support feet (starting at ¥10.00 each) ensure panel levelness after installation through adjustable height design, while providing stable support, commonly used in outdoor scenarios with uneven ground. The material selection for such fittings focuses on corrosion resistance and high strength to meet the demands of frequent movement or long-term outdoor exposure of mobile toilets.

General hardware fittings are more commonly seen in mobile toilets with galvanized frame structures. Right-angle fixers (starting at ¥2.20 each) reinforce the connection strength at right-angle frame sections through a combination of L-shaped metal sheets and screws; shelf angle brackets (starting at ¥2.00 each) enhance the load-bearing capacity between shelves and frames through a double-sided fixing design, suitable for shelves storing cleaning supplies or equipment. If a mobile toilet uses galvanized corrugated panels, its frame typically employs galvanized steel, and the fastener model needs to be customized according to panel thickness (e.g., 0.8-1.5mm) and design requirements (e.g., single-layer or double-layer structure). For example, self-tapping screws need to match panel density to avoid cracking, and corner brackets need to reserve expansion space to accommodate deformation caused by temperature changes.

In practical applications, the choice of fasteners should comprehensively consider panel material, load-bearing requirements, and environmental adaptability. For example, aluminum honeycomb panel partitions should prioritize stainless steel or aluminum alloy fasteners to avoid galvanic corrosion; fasteners for outdoor mobile toilets should have anti-rust treatment (e.g., galvanizing or spray coating) to extend service life.
