Replacement of Packing Bags for Mobile Toilets

Admin October 05, 2026

The replacement of packing bags for mobile toilets should be carried out according to standardized procedures. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Preparation Before Replacement

  1. Confirm System Status: Check whether the alarm device is functioning properly. If the system has triggered a replacement prompt (such as an indicator light turning on or an audible alert), you can proceed directly with the operation; if there is no alarm, manually inspect the sensor for malfunctions to avoid operational delays caused by misjudgments.
  2. Prepare Tools: Prepare specialized tools according to the equipment model, such as clamps and wrenches. Some equipment requires matching tools for disassembling or securing the packing bags. It is recommended to consult the equipment manual in advance to confirm the tool types and usage methods.

II. Replacement Steps

  1. Remove the Old Bag
    • Pull Down and Clamp: Step on the foot pedal or activate the electric drive rod to pull the packing bag down into the toilet bowl and automatically clamp it to prevent leakage of waste.
    • Handle the Bag Opening: Loosen the clamps at the remaining bag opening, lift the opening and tie it in a knot to ensure tightness and prevent residual waste from falling off and contaminating the environment.
    • Store the Old Bag: Place the entire old bag into the waste box or fecal storage tank. Wear gloves during the operation to avoid direct contact with waste.
  2. Install the New Bag
    • Place the New Bag: Lift the new degradable bag, tie one end in a knot, wrap it around the edge of the toilet bowl, and place it inside, ensuring the bag is flat and wrinkle-free.
    • Secure the New Bag: Step on the foot pedal or activate the electric drive rod to pull the new bag down and automatically clamp it. Check whether the bag opening fits snugly against the edge of the toilet bowl to prevent urine leakage.
    • Check Tightness: Gently pull on the bag opening to confirm that it is firmly clamped. If it is loose, readjust the position of the clamps.

Example of Special Equipment Operation (Automatic Packing Toilet):

  • When the film tape is used up, press the film tape replacement button and remove the empty bag.
  • Organize the new bag and insert it, tie the end and clip it onto the clip, adjust the position, and then tear off the outer edge paper.
  • Find the bag opening, tie it in a knot, and forcefully insert it. Close the lid and press the packing button. Wait 90 seconds to complete the first packing.

III. Precautions

  1. Avoid Touching the Interior: Do not touch the interior of the toilet with your hands during operation to prevent damage to the packing system or contamination of your hands.
  2. Inspect the Sensor: If the system does not automatically alarm, manually check whether the sensor is blocked or damaged by waste, and clean or replace it in a timely manner.
  3. Clean Residues: After replacement, wipe the surface of the equipment and the edge of the toilet bowl with disinfectant wipes to maintain hygiene.

IV. Maintenance Recommendations

Regularly inspect the packing bags for wear. If aging, damage, or abnormal degradation speed is found, replace them immediately. It is recommended to inspect them once every 1-2 weeks, and the inspection cycle can be shortened in high-frequency usage scenarios to extend the equipment's lifespan and ensure environmental protection effects.
