Mobile Toilet Packaging Structure

Admin September 23, 2026

The packaging structure of mobile toilets mainly adopts dry packaging technology, achieving waterless sewage discharge through mechanical sealing and physical isolation, suitable for water-scarce or temporary use scenarios.

The core structure of dry-packaged mobile toilets is designed around 'waterless treatment', with core components including packaged squat toilets, sealing devices, and fecal storage tanks. Taking a customized 3+1 mobile toilet as an example, its overall frame is made of asphalt shingle aluminum alloy material, ensuring structural stability and corrosion resistance. The squat toilet achieves step-on packaging through a mechanical linkage device: when the user steps on the pedal, the sealing film below the toilet automatically wraps the excrement, while cutting off the previous sealing film to form an independently sealed fecal package. This process does not require water for flushing, relying solely on physical isolation to prevent odor diffusion. The fecal storage tank can accommodate multiple fecal packages, which are regularly cleared and transported by specialized vehicles.

Another typical structure is the packaged box-type mobile toilet, such as the 3m x 6m specification, which uses a 2.5mm thick packaged box frame to construct the main body, integrating a suspended ceiling and dark gray floor tiles inside to enhance user comfort. Its sewage discharge system is also based on the principle of dry packaging but optimizes space utilization: the fecal storage tank is vertically connected to the toilet through pipes, and the fecal packages fall directly to the bottom of the tank, reducing horizontal space occupation. Some high-end models are also equipped with biodegradable agent dispensing ports, which can accelerate the decomposition of fecal packages and extend the clearance cycle.

Technical Advantages:

  1. Water Independence: Completely free from the need for traditional toilet water supply and drainage systems, suitable for water-scarce areas such as deserts and mountains or temporary event venues.
  2. Environmental Efficiency: The sealing film is made of biodegradable materials to avoid secondary pollution; centralized treatment of fecal packages can convert them into organic fertilizers, achieving resource recycling.
  3. Flexible Deployment: Modular design supports rapid assembly and disassembly. A 3+1 mobile toilet can be installed within 4 hours, and packaged box-type toilets can even be hoisted and transported as a whole.

Application Scenarios:

  • Large-scale outdoor events (music festivals, sports events)
  • Disaster emergency rescue (temporary settlement points after earthquakes, floods)
  • Public facilities in remote areas (scenic spots, construction sites)

It should be noted that dry-packaged toilets require regular replacement of sealing films and clearance of fecal packages, with the maintenance frequency depending on the number of users. For example, when a 3+1 mobile toilet serves 200 people per day, it is recommended to clear it every 3 days; due to its larger capacity, a packaged box-type toilet can extend the clearance interval to 5-7 days.
