Mobile Toilet Packaging Bag Installation

Admin October 19, 2026

The installation of mobile toilet packaging bags (degradable bags) needs to be combined with the equipment type (foot-pedal or electric) and system design. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Preparation before Replacement

  1. Confirm System Status: Check whether the equipment's alarm device is working properly. If a replacement prompt has been triggered (such as an indicator light turning on or an audible alert), you can proceed directly. If the prompt has not been triggered but you suspect the degradable bag is full, manually check whether the sensor is malfunctioning.
  2. Prepare Tools: Some models require special tools (such as clamps or wrenches). It is recommended to consult the equipment manual in advance to avoid interruptions during operation due to missing tools.

II. Steps for Installing a New Degradable Bag

  1. Place the Degradable Bag:
    • Lift the new degradable bag, tie one end, and loop it around the edge of the toilet pit, ensuring that the bottom of the bag completely covers the bottom of the toilet bowl (for packing-type squat toilets, fix the four corners in the slots or hooks).
    • If it is an electric device, confirm that the degradable bag matches the drive mechanism to avoid jamming.
  2. Activate the Packing System:
    • Step on the foot-pedal or press the electric drive rod to make the new bag automatically pull down and clamp. During this step, observe whether the equipment completes the sealing action (such as hearing a 'click' sound or seeing a change in the indicator light).
  3. Check the Seal:
    • Gently pull the bag opening by hand to confirm that there is no looseness or risk of urine leakage. If the seal is not tight, readjust the position of the degradable bag or check whether the clamping device is damaged.

III. Precautions

  1. Special Degradable Bags: It is essential to use degradable bags that are compatible with the equipment. Ordinary plastic bags cannot be recognized by the machine, which may lead to sealing failure or system malfunctions.
  2. Avoid Touching the Interior: Do not touch the interior of the toilet or the packing system directly with your hands during operation to prevent damage to the sensors or drive components.
  3. Sensor Maintenance: If the system does not automatically alarm, check whether the sensor is blocked by dirt or aged. Clean or replace it if necessary.

IV. Daily Maintenance Recommendations

  1. Regular Inspection: Check the wear of the degradable bag every week and replace aged or damaged bags in a timely manner to prevent leakage.
  2. Cleaning and Disinfection: After each replacement, wipe the toilet seat, pedal, and equipment housing with disinfectant wipes to prevent bacterial growth.
  3. Refer to the Manual: The operation details may vary among different brands of equipment. It is recommended to refer to the specific product manual.

Tip: If it is the first installation or the equipment model is special, it is recommended to contact the manufacturer or a professional for guidance to ensure proper operation.
