Mobile Toilet Packaging

Admin September 20, 2026

The packaging types of mobile toilets mainly include three types: waterless flushing packaging, dry packaging, and water-free packaging.

Waterless flushing packaging mobile toilets: This type is made of color-coated steel plates or metal carved plates, featuring the advantages of good quality and low price, with bulk discounts. It comes in a variety of specifications, with common dimensions such as 1.3×1.3×2.35 meters and 1.1×1.1×2.35 meters, adaptable to different spatial requirements. It can operate normally in a wide temperature range from -35℃ to 100℃, making it suitable for extreme climatic conditions. In terms of brands, Hema is a typical representative. Its core principle is to directly collect excreta using biodegradable plastic bags without water flushing, saving water resources and avoiding environmental pollution caused by sewage discharge. The plastic bags are easy to replace and simple to operate, making them suitable for temporary events, construction sites, and other scenarios.

Water-free packaging mobile toilets: These toilets come in various types such as electric and pedal-operated, consisting of external mechanical devices, storage devices, and packaging bags. Their squat toilets are made of stainless steel to ensure durability; both the external and internal mechanisms are corrosion-resistant, extending their service life. The working principle involves directly packaging excreta into special plastic bags through mechanical devices, sealing them, and storing them in storage devices, all without the need for water. The electric type relies on electric power for operation, making it labor-saving; the pedal-operated type completes packaging through human foot pressure, suitable for environments without power supply. This type of toilet is suitable for scenic spots, disaster areas, and other scenarios with high environmental protection requirements.

Dry packaging mobile toilets: As a type classified by sewage treatment method, dry packaging mobile toilets reduce the moisture content of excreta through physical means (such as adsorbent materials and desiccants), making it solid or semi-solid, and then collecting it through packaging bags. This design further reduces the possibility of sewage generation, but requires regular replacement of adsorbent materials to maintain effectiveness. Its structure is relatively simple, with low maintenance costs, making it suitable for arid regions or scenarios with scarce water resources.
