Mobile Toilet Outdoor Toilet Installation

Admin October 01, 2026

The installation of mobile toilets and outdoor toilets should be carried out step by step according to different types. Here are the installation methods for common types:

Installation of General Mobile Toilets

After receiving the package, the first step is to open it and carefully check whether all the accessories are complete. This is the foundation for ensuring the smooth progress of subsequent installation. If any accessories are found to be missing, contact the merchant promptly for replacement. Once the accessories are confirmed to be correct, you can start the installation according to the simple steps in the product manual. The installation steps for general mobile toilets of different brands and models may vary slightly, but the overall idea is similar, which is to assemble and fix the various components in a reasonable order.

Installation of the Elevated 738 Mobile Toilet

  • Handling the Elephant Legs and Anti-slip Pads: After opening the package, first confirm the accessories, such as 4 elephant legs, 2 armrests, 4 anti-slip pads, and 1 soft-close device. Separate the two sets of elephant legs and the four anti-slip pads to prepare for subsequent installation.
  • Installing the Elephant Legs and Anti-slip Pads: Install the anti-slip pads at the appropriate positions on the elephant legs to ensure they are firmly installed and prevent safety hazards such as slipping during use.
  • Installing Other Components: Install the armrests, soft-close device, and other components in sequence according to the manual. When installing the armrests, pay attention to their angles and firmness to ensure that users can grip them comfortably and safely. The installation of the soft-close device should ensure that it works properly, providing a buffering effect to prevent the toilet lid from falling rapidly and causing damage or injury.

Installation of the Dual-purpose Mobile Toilet (Squat and Sit)

  • Installing the Toilet Flange: Align the center of the flange with the center of the drain pipe and place the toilet steadily upright. This step is crucial. If the centers of the flange and the drain pipe are not aligned, it may lead to problems such as water leakage.
  • Installing the Angle Valve and Connecting Components: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way joint for the water inlet and the sprinkler head. Ensure a tight connection to prevent water leakage.
  • Connecting the Water Inlet Hose: Screw on the water inlet hose of the toilet, making sure the connection is firm to prevent it from coming off during use.
  • Assembling and Connecting the Sprinkler Head: Assemble the toilet sprinkler head and tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends. After assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way joint. Forcefully clamp the sprinkler head bracket onto the top of the three-way joint to ensure the stable operation of the sprinkler head.
  • Water Testing and Applying Sealant: After the toilet has passed the water test, apply sealant at the appropriate positions for sealing and fixing purposes.
