On-Site Installation Steps for Mobile Toilets

Admin October 08, 2026

The on-site installation steps for mobile toilets are as follows:

I. Site Preparation Before installation, ensure that the site meets basic conditions. First, the ground must be a flat and hardened surface to prevent the toilet structure from tilting or being damaged due to uneven ground. If on-site conditions permit, it is recommended to prepare forklifts or cranes to assist with handling, especially when dealing with heavy components of large mobile toilets, as mechanical handling can improve efficiency and reduce manual labor intensity. If mechanical equipment is lacking, sufficient manpower should be organized to assist with installation, ensuring that the handling process is safe and controllable.

II. Tool and Material Preparation After receiving the goods, prepare specialized tools and materials in advance. Core tools include an electric drill (for drilling holes), a 4.2-millimeter drill bit (matching the rivet specifications), a rivet gun (for securing the structure), etc. Additionally, check that there are enough rivets to avoid interruptions during installation due to material shortages. If the toilet design includes special accessories (such as ventilation ducts or sewage discharge interfaces), corresponding tools should be prepared simultaneously to ensure a continuous installation process.

III. Inner Corner Structure Installation The inner corners are the core supporting components of the mobile toilet frame and should be installed first. According to the design drawings or instructions, place the inner corner components in their predetermined positions and initially position them using bolts or temporary fixing devices. This step must ensure that the verticality and levelness of the inner corners meet standards to avoid structural deviations during subsequent assembly. If the inner corners are prefabricated modules, check that the interfaces are intact to prevent damage caused by transportation collisions.

IV. Panel Assembly and Fixing After completing the inner corner installation, proceed to the panel assembly stage. Insert wall panels, roof panels, and other components into the inner corner slots in sequence. When assembling, align the upper and lower edges and interfaces to ensure uniform gaps and no misalignment. After assembly, use an electric drill to drill holes at the preset positions (usually at panel connections), with the hole diameter matching the 4.2-millimeter drill bit. Then insert rivets and secure them with a rivet gun. This step requires checking the tightness of each rivet to prevent structural wobbling due to looseness. If the toilet includes door and window components, install them after fixing the panels and check that they open and close smoothly.

V. Detail Inspection and Debugging After installation is complete, conduct a comprehensive inspection. First, confirm that all rivets are installed and not loose. Next, check that the panel joints are sealed to prevent leakage or odor diffusion. If the toilet is equipped with a water and electricity system, test the sewage discharge pipe for smoothness, the water tank level control, and the operational status of lighting and ventilation equipment. Finally, clean up any debris left at the installation site to ensure that the area around the toilet is clean and tidy, completing preparations for delivery.
