Mobile Toilet Odor Control System
The mobile toilet odor control system mainly covers five core technical directions: source sealing, air management, biodegradation, intelligent purification, and physical odor prevention, as detailed below:

Source Sealing Technology: Achieved through intelligent foam-sealing toilets and highly efficient sealed sewage discharge valves. The intelligent foam-sealing toilet is equipped with a foam generator at the bottom of the trap. When a user is detected, it automatically sprays dense foam to cover the interior of the toilet bowl, effectively blocking odors from rising through the pipes. Simultaneously, it lubricates the toilet walls, reducing the adhesion of waste and consuming minimal water. The highly efficient sealed sewage discharge valve features an automatic closing, corrosion-resistant, and aging-resistant design, ensuring a tight seal after each flush to prevent odors from the waste storage tank from escaping into the restroom.
Air Management Technology: Includes negative pressure exhaust systems and "breathing" fresh air circulation. The negative pressure exhaust system installs forced exhaust equipment at the top of the restroom, maintaining a slightly negative pressure state inside. Fresh outdoor air is gently drawn in through door and window gaps, while odorous indoor air is forcibly drawn upward through exhaust pipes, preventing odors from spreading outward. The "breathing" fresh air circulation design incorporates concealed fresh air ducts that filter outdoor air before delivering it from the lower part of the restroom. Fresh air enters from the bottom, while stale air exits from the top, creating a scientific airflow pattern for healthy air circulation. Some high-end models are equipped with negative pressure fresh air systems that maintain internal air freshness through forced exhaust.
Biodegradation Technology: Utilizes microbial degradation and integrated biochemical treatment tanks. Microbial degradation involves adding microbial colonies to the water used for flushing the toilet to degrade feces. The microbes break down odor-producing organic matter into odorless water, carbon dioxide, and inorganic salts, accelerating waste degradation and reducing the frequency of emptying. The integrated biochemical treatment tank is filled with a high specific surface area carrier that supports specific microbial colonies. These colonies work efficiently under specific conditions, converting organic carbon into carbon dioxide and organic nitrogen into nitrogen gas, completing the nitrification-denitrification cycle within 24 hours. The treated water can be directly used for internal restroom greening irrigation or floor cleaning.
Intelligent Purification Technology: Adopts molecular-level odor removal, using high-pressure atomization technology to convert natural plant extracts into micron-sized active particles that actively capture and decompose odor molecules through chemical reactions, converting them into harmless substances. Equipped with high-precision odor sensors, the system can detect when the concentration of specific odor substances exceeds a threshold and initiate a response within 3 seconds, achieving precise and timely odor control.
Physical Odor Prevention Technology: Uses U-shaped traps or sealed valve designs to block odor回流 through water seals. The restroom interior employs impermeable materials and seamless splicing techniques to prevent residue buildup and bacterial growth, controlling odor diffusion at the source.
