Mobile Toilet Without Sewage Disposal

Admin September 23, 2026

When mobile toilets lack sewage disposal, the following technical solutions can be adopted to achieve environmental protection and efficient operation:

1. Jiahe Treatment System
This system achieves a water flushing recycling rate of over 95% through intelligent circulating water treatment technology, with daily water savings of up to 1.5 tons per tank. Its core functions include:

  • Biological Enzyme Degradation: Decomposes excrement into harmless organic matter within 48 hours, reducing the frequency of sewage tank cleaning by 90%;
  • Modular Sewage Disposal Design: Supports remote monitoring of sewage tank status via a mobile app and is compatible with various types of suction trucks;
  • Environmental Adaptability: Equipped with a nanoscale air purification layer to eliminate odors, it can operate stably in extreme environments ranging from -30℃ to 50℃ and can be optionally equipped with a solar power module.
    In practical applications, after adopting this system at the Hangzhou Music Festival, it served 30,000 people per day with zero complaints, with an average of one cleaning every 7 days, and operational efficiency increased by 400% compared to traditional equipment.

2. Microbial Degradation Toilet
Utilizing microbial aerobic fermentation technology, it decomposes excrement into water and carbon dioxide, with the remaining dry residue directly usable as organic fertilizer. Its characteristics include:

  • Zero Sewage Disposal and High Water Conservation: No need for external water sources or sewage pipelines, suitable for water-scarce areas;
  • Environmental Limitations: High cost, and heating function models are required for low-temperature environments (such as northern winter scenarios);
  • Applicable Scenarios: Ecological protection zones, high-end scenic spots, and other areas with strict environmental protection requirements.
    Experimental data shows that the excrement of 100 people can be completely degraded within 4-8 hours, and the constant humidity technology of the fermentation tank can extend the service life of microorganisms to more than one year.

3. Physical Sealing Solutions

  • Waterless Packing Toilet: Seals excrement with biodegradable film and stores it in a fecal storage tank, waterless and odorless, but requires regular replacement of consumables (such as film and deodorant);
  • Circulating Water Flushing Toilet: Uses microorganisms or chemicals to treat sewage for circulating flushing, conserving water and providing a user experience close to that of traditional water flushing toilets, but with higher initial investment and maintenance costs.

4. Source Separation Toilet
Separates urine and feces at the source through structural optimization:

  • Urine Treatment: Can be purified for flushing or irrigation;
  • Feces Treatment: Collected separately for composting.
    This solution has a high resource utilization rate but requires supporting specialized facilities and relies on correct operation by users, and has not yet been widely adopted.

5. Traditional Three-Compartment Septic Tank Toilet
Treats sewage through three-stage anaerobic fermentation and sedimentation, ultimately discharging it into a soakaway pit or cleaning it out periodically. Its advantages include mature technology and low cost, but it requires regular suction and cleaning, and there is a risk of groundwater pollution, making it suitable for rural or remote areas.
